Triplette, IMO, is the worst referee in the game right now. What was with all the smiling and smirking in referee huddles and while he's announcing the calls? He's embarrassing himself out there.

The last handful of years I've been feeling less and less upset when things went wrong. I thought it was maybe my age and I was growing out of caring so much. Tonight I was just watching but didn't feel any different until it started getting closer to happening. Now I am as jubilant as I was 17 years ago (some in between). I had no idea it would effect me so positively, to be honest. I actually now understand how winning can change a culture, I'm feeling it in my own house.

We'll be drafting anywhere from about 15-22 (didn't do math beyond a quick wins and losses). I don't make a move to the top of the draft but I'd be looking into that 10-15 slot, if there's a QB there I like.

Wow. That would be an enticing offer. I wonder if it would just be equity or a decision making role with part ownership after coaching is over.

None of you are answering his question. Is it paying a QB like Cousins or giving up many picks to move up in the draft - if they both bust, which hurts the team more? It's the draft pick and it's not close. If you give up 3 first round picks, a 2nd and a 4th and that QB busts - that'll hurt. However it's the risk/reward argument vs going with Cousins who makes you better but will never win you a super bowl.

Can someone please tell me why we gave Chris Kelsay that massive contract?
