I'm not sure what you were watching but damn right he's above average - he's really good and he's 100% an outside guy. Never ever should you bring a guy that good on the outside to the inside.

Gaines is fantastic on the outside.

Because I don't want to spend too much for an OLB. I like "finds". He's first round talent that I like for potential to find himself with a good D coordinator. The Colts stunk and he has his best year - 45 tackles, 2 sacks and 3 FF's. He's a very long player at 6' 4" with long arms and speed - I like my OLB to be able to reach out/up in pass defense. He also has some pass rush ability. I'd compare him to Manny Lawson.

This list is so lazy first of all. NaVorro Bowman would be someone I'd like to sign. Shore up the MLB spot for a few years. I also Like Mingo for the outside. I'd love Whitehead too but I think he'll cost way too much.

I'd like to see every returner that catches the ball in the endzone on the kick off - TO STAY IN THE ENDZONE. One of my biggest peeves.

I never saw any issues with passion in that game. I'm not sure what you're talking about.

He needs to worry about being the next Carson Wentz (upward trajectory) before he worries about being one of the elite QB's in the game - and will be compared to the "ever" QB's soon.

I'm in Charlotte also and I know fans that wanted him to stay. I think one of the most important things about Beane is he and McD's 6 years together in Carolina. They know each other and have a good relationship. I"m not saying Beane doesn't have to prove himself, he does, but the HC and GM being on the same page is important. One of Whaley's biggest problems was his inability to get along and be on the same page with the coaching staff. For the unknown Beane that's a good start for me.

There's distinctly different reasons for wanting each of these QB's. It's just not as simple as rating 1-5. i.e. Cousins would be your QB for the next several years and Keenum would be a one year guy while you draft a QB.

Those aren't gaudy numbers. They're top 3rd in the league. He could absolutely produce those type numbers here.

Cousins is going to cost you 25-28 mil for 4-5 years. You want to be stuck with that contract and draft a rookie?
