Do you really not understand why they're hated? We obviously have a little more skin in the hate because they're in our division but there's a reason they're so disliked by all manner of NFL fans.
Wait are you being serious? This seemed like an "I'm bored" so I'll start a very silly thread but you're actually calling the entire board out to "step up" and answer who we want?
Have you lost your mind? Neither one of these QB's is coming anywhere near Buffalo for a shot to play NFL football. It's really difficult being around fans this uneducated. Have you not learned one thing about Beane and McD?
I'd like to request you step down with starting multiple mindless threads. CMON MAN, STEP DOWN. STOP STARTING THREADS.
You had better keep digging, you just creating another 9 mil in dead cap space. More like no Hyde, no Clay, no Poyer and some more.
Ok, no we don't win the game against Jax.
I have no idea what you're saying but the debate is do you need a top QB to go deep in the playoffs or win the Super Bowl.
The OP's point is no you don't look who 3 of the 4 QB's are. Granted, this can and does happen. My point was having an excellent QB gives you a chance year over year - Minnesota/Jax likely won't go on the same type of run that having a great QB provides.
Everyone is making fun of the QB's Brady is left with and the OP thinks this settles the debate? Most of us have said you can absolutely have a magical season with a great defense peaking.
Isn't this year's playoffs the microcosm of the debate? Great QB (Brady) got you there (again) - VS - JAX and Minny taking the great defense route.
This is total BS. The trust was handling the negotiations and Mr. Wilson wanted the team to stay in Buffalo. They were charged with getting the most for the team and adhere to the perimeters set by the Wilson family. If Jon didn't satisfy them on the point of keeping them in Buffalo within their proposal or in outside information then that's his teams fault.
Tyrod wasn't better than Bortles in the game they played against each other. Both had opportunities to win the game inside the 5 yard line. One did and one didn't.
That's the problem with Tyrod. In those moments where it's the most critical few minutes in the game that he plays well - he doesn't.
I'm not necessarily someone that wants to give up a ton of pics to move up, but to your point - Bills fans worry a lot about "what if we do that and he fails?"
I'd compare it to the fans that didn't want to just squeek into the playoffs? Then when we get in and you realize this is worth it. Just get in.
Historically the Bills draft QB's at a very low rate. Can't blame that on Beane and McD, obviously but I want them to fall in love with a QB and go draft him.
