  1. That is the price of having a high quality team
  2. Top of the board surprises: * Eagles. 4-0 * Miami 3-1 * Dallas. 3-1. (Minus Prescott) * Giants 3-1 (Without a real QB) Not expected on the board: * Bengals 2-2 * Baltimore 2-2 (Blowing 2 big 4th QTR leads) * Rodgers or Brady ARE not in the MVP Conversation * A very confusing NFC North * A competitive AFC East *. Three teams with at least 3 wins in NFC East
  3. We need that playoff game in Highmark Stadium to crush the Chiefs.
  4. It was the same defense (minus Von) who could not stop the Chiefs in 13 seconds on two plays. The defense is great...but it all starts with Josh Allen. Go Bills.
  5. In the 1st month we have played some of the best defense's in the NFL (Last year and this year).....It would only be expected that we will be matched against tough opponents.
  6. I think this is more an issue of the Bills coaching staff than Cook. I think the coaching staff want to have a short-yardage back and hence keep adding Moss to the game day roster and force fed him with the ball. Instead, I think the Bills should take a gamble and get Cook involved as a. WR / RB in every play. The threat of that kind of speed always will force Defenses to account for him. As the commentators were repeatedly saying...the bills Running game is the short pass to the RBs...either in the flat or a screen or just a dump off....Bring on James Cook.... Speed kills in the NFL. PS: I think James may have a bigger role in next Sunday's home game against the Steelers if Crowder and McKenzie are limited. In June/July, people were going to be happy if the Bills were 3-4 heading into the bye....due to the brutal start to the season for both playing tough opponents as well playing more on the road. A 3-1 record with 2 wins coming on the road should be considered fantastic by the Bills Mafia
  7. And don't forget the contribution from Rosseau. He is becoming a monster
  8. I think they need to stop switching the RBs.....Leave Singletary in for the whole series...Singletary is our Best RB today and he should play without losing his rhythm
  9. They have to stop running Moss in the game.
  10. I think the biggest mistake the Bills made was not go for a long ball. If the play had been incomplete, we would have still had one more shot at a hail mary. By throwing on the flat, we required McKenzie to get out of bounds and he was too far from the sideline to have that chance.. I think Josh panicked a bit there.
  11. The Doctor was part of the team. The question is did the Dr. say yes based on pressure from the coach ?
  12. I think the Bills are experimenting too much. Last game Singletary caught about 10 passes...they had all the 3 RBs in the game...I think it messes the rhythm...The Bills need to keep Moss in the inactives and rush the ball with Josh, Singletary and Cook.
  13. It is sad that some of these are not giving credit for the Miami defense for playing lights out. They dominated that it did not matter whether our OL played well or not. The Bills are not a bad team..they had a bad day at the office...and in spite of that they were a play away from winning the game. It happened last year and it will happen this year. It is the NFL
  14. So many of them. The inability to spike the ball at half time and at regulation. The missed FG...The missed pick six...Not scoring a TD after driving from your 1-yard line....and then the final drive that ended in a missed 4th and goal after starting 2nd and goal at the 1 yard line.
  15. We left too many points on the field. They came back to haunt us.
  16. Good point. It is like how the Patriots beat us last year with the help of the weather...and then were blasted through space in the AFC East Title deciding game and then the playoffs...it was. evident that the two teams were not even in the same planet.
  17. Add the Rob's, Lonnie (Fr..ing),
  18. Dorsey will not become a HC next season (not after just 1 year as a OC). I am sure indy is now bitten by Frank Reich. The same has happened in LA (Chargers). What about Arthur Smith..There are so many Offensive HC who have failed or failing. Even McDaniels had a lousy outing in Denver.
  19. The roster is built deep. There are enough weapons on the defensive side of the ball. It is on the coaching staff to get Hamlin and Johnson ready for the game. The stars like Von, Rosseau, Edmunds and Milano have to trust their rookies and backups to make plays and don't try to compensate for them. ANytime they do that they are going to let the opponents make plays. Go Bills !
  20. To be fair, the Titans offense was terrible and never kicked in gear after their 1st matching TD. Tua/Tyreek/Jalen are firing on all cylinders...plus they have Gelsiki at TE and Mostert/Chase in the backfield...that is a pretty good offense that could match against our offense due to our depleted defense.
  21. Agree...Our front four of. Von, Jones, Groot with Oliver and/or Settle is still formidable. Our LBs are intact Our Two Rookie corners have played well and our two backup safeties have shown good ability in pre-season.
  22. Last year, we beat up on bad teams and then lost to good (Colts) and playoff (Titans, Steelers, Tampa Bay, New England) bound teams. This year we have beat up the crap on the defending SB champions in their own stadium and then knocked the Titans out of the ballpark at Highmark stadium. Can they keep up the momentum with the suddenly resurgent Dolphins, how the hell I gave up my21-point lead Ravens, the suddenly OC-finger pointing Steelers and our annual rivalry against the Chiefs....This is a dream season indeed.
  23. These are the "Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL" moments for Shakir and Cook. The expectations of playing with a Josh Allen is way too high and you are microscopically analysed. Whereas our rookie DBs are playing with less of that kind of weight on their shoulder.
  24. Still I am sure Josh would have wanted to go for it,
