It's a valid point that next year's season could be in doubt after dumping Tyrod. Our offense was pretty good. And he is not the reason we didn't go to the playoffs.

He led the league in passing under Year 1 of Kelly. Not his fault Chip failed to adjust. He could be a more than capable backup.

McCoy was the entire offense, and he's electrifying. A list that uses metrics and evaluations that do not include this amazing football player is garbage.

He is a good receiver, made even better by a great QB and system. Great clubs develop and retain value talent. Bad clubs squander it and follow shiny objects.

We had a top 3 D under Schwartz (which helped us win more games than our game-management offense) and the game that put us over .500 was with NE backups. Marrone quit on his team because he couldn't get past his ego and Hackett was one of the most uninspiring OCs in recent memory. I won't expend any energy wishing bad will on them, but if they failed, I wouldn't be upset.
