Coleman was widely considered a starter WR2 ... yes, with speed limitations ... but also with extraordinary disputed ball skills and toughness. Many analysts were excited about him. His productivity dipped and Bills leadership called him out. Why should you have a problem with that? Justin Jeffersons and Randy Mosses don't grow on trees. We took a swing on a WR2, it's probable that the move will still pan out after his rookie season. On another note, no WR on this team had big stats. And we're the No. 1 scoring team in the NFL.

I'm not sure what's going on here, or why McD is rallying against it for "player safety". The facts don't back that up: Injury rates are about 2.5% on this play, depending on your source. That is exponentially smaller than the average injury rate rate per play NFL wide. What is McD's angle here? Especially since Josh, sans the KC playoff game, has historically run that play to perfection?
