Decisions are not made in a vacuum. The GM outranks the coach. And at the end of the day, the owner will have the final say.
Who has the final say on the turf grass? Whether we get cheerleaders? The kind of music played at practice? What John Murphy has for lunch? The PSI of our balls? Who washes the jock straps? What does "final say" actually mean? Who has first say? We deserve these answers.
