  1. Get out of here with this it's raaaccisstt mouth breathing monotony. So sick of this BS.
  2. Agree. Our offense worked. Why blow it up?
  3. Everybody is aging, and an asset. McCoy/Watkins are superstars. The former is like 27 and appears to have many years in the tank.
  4. Maybe we can trade our entire team and get a whole shitload of picks next year.
  5. Was about to make a comment about the idiots trolling him, but Shady's done a fair amount of race baiting himself with Chip Kelly. Tired of this mindlessness, trying to ignore it.
  6. Was always curious why Water was left out of the Earth, Wind and Fire band.
  7. I was about to say the same thing.
  8. WR and CB are far worse, and potentially (probably) devastating to a QB who needs weapons. We're now relying on a rookie WR, a WR who garnered 327 yards in the past two years in a high powered offense, and another who got 199 yards in two years. CB - we lost both of them, and didn't replace them with anything remotely as good. Brady and others will burn us. OL - agree with the posters; doesn't seem to fit the scheme. Tyrod will not have time to throw. RB - Tolbert seems to be an upgrade. Safeties got better. Defensive scheme on paper got better. No more Rob Ryan! LB appear to be better. All in all, this team took a huge step back (in hopes of) taking a bigger one next year. Fail to see how this team wins more than five.
  9. If he doesn't make the playoffs in three years, he's gone. And that is the catch 22 that has been haunting this franchise for 17 years. It looks like this year is going to be brutal. There will be far too many fans calling for his head this year, let alone next year if we finish, if we're lucky, 8-8, and miss the playoffs again.
  10. The sad thing is, we arent even in the rebuild yet. This is the tank right before. Worse, by the time we are ready, several of our top players will be gone, either through retirement or trade, and the young players will still need to grow. Several years before we are playoff ready. Buckle up for several more years of mediocrity. And what if he's fired after three years? Then we start all over again. If were really dead set on ever seeing the playoffs, we can't fire him after three years. But if we don't make the playoffs, it's probably inevitable. Rinse, repeat, and pray for a Brady retirement. McD Year 1 - tear down - 4-12 Year 2 - build up - 8-8 Year 3 - wild card hopeful - 10-6 Year 4 - with McD - 12-4 - Without McD - 8-8 - Add another win with Brady's retirement
  11. The spin is insulting. They should be honest.
  12. Happy he's one of your favorite wide receivers. He's an asset, but the OP is right, and this is not a championship team. Fail to see how this is trolling, other than the fact that you don't like what he said.
  13. Atlanta United soccer and other events. It's brilliant. Maybe they're teasing fans with the thought of delicious fried chicken sandwiches, Chick-Fil-A sauce and waffle fries so they want them even more?
  14. Ed Hocholli likes to see himself on camera way too much. This flags are redonkulous.
  15. Ed Hocholli likes to see himself on camera way too much. This flags are redonkulous.
  16. They are not trying to tank. However, the moves they made clearly state that winning this year takes a FAR back seat to winning consistently in the future.
  17. If it's marketing, it's really bad marketing, and I'm a marketer.
  18. He probably wants to be on an island; McD wants zone? Will we be having this same discussion in two years like we have every two years?
  19. Nice post. Good logic. But make no mistake: This is a far bigger gamble than keeping Watkins/Darby and it says to the league and fans that this is a throwaway season.
