I would vote for a consolidated thread on GM-coach hierarchy questions. We need more transparency.

Jesus, way, way too many people obsessed with this hierarchy nonsense. Decisions are not made in a vacuum. The GM outranks the coach. And at the end of the day, the owner will have the final say. Who has the final say on the turf grass? Whether we get cheerleaders? The kind of music played at practice? What John Murphy has for lunch? The PSI of our balls? Who washes the jock straps? What does "final say" actually mean? Who has first say? We deserve these answers.

No, not at all. Pretty amazing that one game is the difference in five picks. I think we as fans put way too much stock in high draft picks though. We've had awful high picks and great low ones. It's about how you draft, which, for us, in the high rounds, has not been all that great. Only two first round QBs all these years is insanity.
