    Has anyone brought up the fact that Decker would be a perfect fit in NE...he's a "bring your lunchpail to work" type guy, "shifty", "intelligent", receiver. What other adjectives am I forgetting when it comes to players who the Patriots like?

    My analysis on why we didn't sign Maclin: 1) He was just about to put pen to paper last Thursday night when Russ Brandon interrupted the meeting and said Jeremy had a call. 2) They were waiting for the final contract from the attorney but the fax machine at OBD was broke. Either way, now that we lost Maclin to the Ravens, I'm pretty sure we get a few more comp picks.

    I think I read somewhere that we still have 3 or 4 comp picks from the Clemson/CJ Spiller ruling (the NFL ruled that we were the victim of a bait and switch back then and awarded us 3 comp picks which we kept in our rollover comp bank). Why not use them all and take JP back when he shows his maturity. Would love to see a Bills (JP Losman) vs Raiders (EJ Manuel) AFC title game.
