I don't think he became a franchise QB in 2015... in order to do that in one season, you have to be on another level. That being said... I think Tyrod has turned out to be pretty good, and showed enough development that he may become a franchise QB very soon. Though, its tough for me to really define what a franchise QB is.

We were all over ESPN/NFLN for the entire offseason because of Rex... you'd think the NFL, if choosing schedules, would give the Bills a break because Rex = ratings.

And he reached those title games with Butt Fumble. We have a legitimate offense now, imagine if we had a defense worth writing anything about.

I didn't make a prediction in this thread. But if I would have, I would have guessed that Rex's D would be roughly about as good as Schwartz's, so I admit to being fully and completely wrong about my expectations for the defense heading into the season.

I have a feeling most non playoff teams can look back at their year and complain about various things that were 'unfair'. But maybe I'm being too harsh in my expectations of our team. It just feels like a broken record for us every year, and I'm not one to really believe in conspiracy theories generally speaking. Why would the NFL purposefully sabotage the Bills? From what I understand its good for the league if we have success.

Ironic that after all these years 'all we need is a good QB!' we still miss the playoffs. Stupid defense. Sigh.

Ah, the yearly schedule + injuries + refs excuse. Like other teams don't have challenges...

Hopefully we can pick up a guy that can handle both kickoffs and FGs, free up another spot on our team for when the injuries hit.

I like that every time a coach is fired quickly elsewhere, the general reaction around here is 'wtf, what a **** show over there, why wouldn't they give the coach time??' And here we don't even want to give a coach 6 games before wanting to fire them. Emotions are fun.

That's what I was kinda wondering... how many Bills players live in and spend all of their time in Buffalo?
