  1. People don't like black players who have fun. I think Cam is awesome.
  2. Two feet in NW DC. We're running into problems with where to put the snow, with such tight quarters. But, main roads are pretty cleared already... side streets are being taken care of by small bobcats, and neighbors shoveling into giant piles. Hoping a dump truck takes the piles out or something, as it is we're still kinda blocked in. Hell of a storm for the area!
  3. Bills will go 7-9, yet again being swept by the Brady led Patriots. Ask me in 2030, maybe I'll think the Bills will have a chance then.
  4. Hopefully that translates to reworking the contract to something very minimal in guarantees, and loaded with incentives.
  5. I forgot to respond to this... the reason I go with Clay is that he was (and is) our most consistent option, and biggest matchup problem. Even if he's not a big numbers/flashy play guy like Sammy and McCoy
  6. I already have multiple times. You just don't accept it as an explanation. I'm ok with it, I encourage you to be ok with it, as well. Now go on and have freedom in discussing Cruz's tax plan with like minded individuals, and I will take it all in.
  7. I have no idea... but I genuinely believe that those who represent us (and I do consider SCOTUS to be a representative, since they are appointed and confirmed by representatives, that are heavily lobbied) need to have limits in how long they can serve, not only to hopefully lower corruption, but also to better represent the needs/wants of the country.
  8. I also support term limits for SCOTUS (as well as Congress).
  9. I support the 'living document' idea, because it's significantly more flexible to meet the needs of the times.
  10. Hey, if we vote those views in, and they don't work out, I'll be changing my tune, that's for sure. I have zero pride when it comes to opinions, my main interests are results. If the Democratic Party and it's candidates result in America's universal demise, I will no longer be supporting them in any way.
  11. We've already discussed it, and we've found, that the majority here disagree with my opinion on taxes. So I'd rather take a seat, and listen to what you guys have to say on the subject. Then I guess I'm just an idiot (as Tom would say).
  12. I'd say that's impossible.. checks and balances and all...
  13. Because I find debate to be tiresome. I generally prefer to read, review, ask a couple questions, and hopefully learn a thing or two. I'm ok with having 'no balls', balls are incredibly fickle and weak things anyways.
  14. My views don't represent the Democratic party. My views are left of the Democratic party.
  15. I really wish more people realized this. I think most people want to see their 'neighbors' healthy and happy, we just have small differences on what we think the path is to get there. The rest of the stuff is on the extremes imo (ie, most people don't really care if gays get married, but a few extremists will make an entire party look like they are adamantly against it).
  16. That's a far cry from 'destroying the Constitution' imo. I guess I read the original statement incorrectly.
  17. Or the media has increased in tempo since
  18. Statistically speaking, we've been getting more divisive since the 1980s, when the 24hour news cycle started up.
  19. My understanding is that they determine if existing laws are Constitutional or not, and also (generally) the final say on other cases. How does the SCOTUS destroy the Constitution if their word is the final word on the Constitution?
  20. Nope. But I can't really figure out how SCOTUS (Conservative or Liberal) would destroy the Constitution.
  21. Do you think they'd literally destroy the Constitution, or rather add/remove some amendments? Edit: Dammit, Jim, stop posting at the same time.
  22. Kinda similar on the Dem side... the reason why Sanders is getting so popular.
