From anything i had heard of him coming out of college is that this guy was the next Gronk type TE projected to be a great player in the NFL by the "Experts" given what he did in college & apparently what they saw on his college tape i'm thinking because if you don't play well in college which is before your NFL career there won't be much hype & he had a bunch of hype coming into his draft . Too wouldn't your potential be based off of what the again "Experts" saw of him on his game tape from college ? ??

They need to sign these guys early start talking to them now to let them know they want them around for the long term don't give them a chance to test the market because then they are gone especially when they find out what some wing nut like Daniel Snyder is willing to pay for players that he doesn't have on his roster ! Just look at what Norman got paid by Snyder if TDW is able to test the market he's gone ... Make it happen McBeane !!

If this is by some chance true it would rank right up there with what O'Brien did with Hopkins especially brining in Brady knowing his history with good TE's in the league i think this is speculation or a smoke screen . Either that or this kid isn't anything near what his college tape showed him to be & if they are getting rid of him what is the scoop on him Arians could use this guy with Brady at the helm on offense don't see it happening .

Todays NFL as far as RB's are concerned is much different from back in the day as you & I well know todays back field is a RB by commity type approach unless you find a Derrick Henry type back that is big & can take the pounding, i for one would like a back that is different from Singletary he is a smaller type back that as Beane said can make guys miss in a phone booth but his speed isn't elite . McD loves versatility in his players & i have read some on a player that would be a good get in the later rounds if there & the Bills could focus on CB, OL, DE or safety with the earlier picks . My guy is Antonio Gibson as a late round RB with a ton of versatility he could play ST's as a KR & be the #3 RB while doing that to learn from Singletary & Yeldon . He is just about as different (yet a compliment) to Singletary as you can get, dude runs a 4.39 / 40 is 6'2" tall & 220 lbs with room to add muscle if he's there in the 4th that would be a great get & it could do away with some higher priced contracts & get the team younger at the same time plus add a all around weapon to 3 aspects of the team RB, ST's & receiving skills . He's got my vote .

I think if he is there in the 3rd that might be a good place to pick him up at definitely the 4th if he's there & he could be the RB 3 behind Motor & Yeldon due to his versatility . He could take th place of Andre Roberts & for that matters with his speed he could also replace Isiah Mckenzie because of his WR skills in college . I was looking at past HOF RB's & he has the same size (6' 2" 220 lbs) as 2 all time greats this being Jim Brown (6' 2" 220 lbs) & Eric Dickerson (6' 3" 238 lbs), now I'm not saying he is either of those but given his speed 4.39 / 40 matched with his size i think he could be a very versatile weapon coming out of the backfield or lining up in 4 WR sets . If he were to focus on KR's & RB he could develop with the right coaching to be a really good player IMHO. But i ain't no expert just a fans hunch .

That was my first thought after i saw what he Cards gave for Hopkins that dude is tops at WR for a long time Beane's deal was a little to rich for my blood for Diggs but it shows that he is willing to go the extra to get what it takes to make this team better ! This season should tell a lot about where the Bills are & just how much of a contender they will be, i re watched the Bills Ravens game & will say that if Diggs is the player they say he is & if Josh would have went to him on the play in the end zone that Knox dropped the pass Diggs makes the catch another W for the team i think Diggs will help to get them points . I just hope it's not at the cost of underutilizing others .

I've been hoping that if they do get a back it would be one that brings a different skill set than what Devin does a bit bigger back that can catch out of the back field that has really good speed Johnathon Taylor is a bit bigger & faster with a bunch of good stats supporting his game but he is just a RB . Then i heard of this guy out of Memphis Antonio Gibson which is bigger than both motor & Taylor & is also faster than both, while at Memphis he had 3 jobs RB, WR, & Kick returns . So being a WR he can catch out of the back field & be a ST's contributor seeing as McD likes versatility if you can get a three headed offensive weapon for the cost of 1 i'm all in this guy shows well on the field . He would also be able to help out in a pinch if one of the WR go down, I know he's pretty raw & would need some coaching but i have faith McD & company would have him playing up to speed in no time, at 6' 2" & 221 lbs if he was to add muscle talk about our own Derrick Henry with 4.3 speed that would be crazy ! Agree'd ! the WWE was on top because of the celebrities it had & there will never be another Undertaker, Cena, Macho man these are the guys that brought the WWE to it's peak & they haven't replaced them with any one worth watching until then it will be just another soap opera .

I read he has kick return skills too, seeing that McD loves versatility 1 player 3 positions, Zo played 3 positions D line, LB, & ST's if this kid could do like Corderell Paterson did for the Pats that's another weapon to add to the arsenal !! His speed is dangerous all by it self 4.39 /40 ? you can't teach speed Derrick Henry is 6'3" 238 lbs runs a 4.5/ 40 Gibson is 6'2" 220 lbs runs a 4.39 OMG !! He probably has room to add weight if needed but why he's already a bruiser !! Eric Cianno would have a project . Make it happen Beane !! Coach him up McD !! Could be the steel of the draft ?

To each his own the red over white would be fine with me but after re watching the Snowvertime game i think some version of the Red uni is definitely a plus for the Bills at home cause late in the season you never know when that odd snow storm could come off the lake & the red uni sticks out in a white out !!

I think they will be around for a while i love the red uni's especially since the Snovertime game which is 1 big reason why they should be made the home jersey for the Bills ! seeing that Buffalo can have a lake effect snow storm at most anytime late in the season like what happened in that game against the Colts the Bills had & would always have a advantage in a snow game wearing the Red jerseys the Colts with the white jersey's were at a serious disadvantage because of the white out in OP that day . Any advantage helps in December i think the Bills home jersey's should be the red ones not to mention i think they look great !!

It worked back in the day due to the circumstances of this year i would think that it was a consideration any way there are a lot of really good players that have come late in the draft back when it was 22 rounds or what ever it was & we get a ton of UDFA but given what's going on this year they should consider expanding it a bit .

If they go with a WR at 54 i hope they go for Chase Claypool if still there the only thing with Chenault is his injury history was kind of a thing & that could be what is making him slide but we could do a lot worse !!

Let's say due to his injury history that for that reason Tua falls to our pick at 54 would you not take a player like him because we have Josh ? I'm all in on Josh i love his heart & his love for the Bills & Buffalo, I think that if he continues the way he has he will be our guy at QB for a long time but he has the same type of knocks against him as EJ did coming out but i think Josh can over come his short comings . But back to my original question would you pass on Tua at 54 ? I'm thinking that if that type of player is there at our pick you take him just like the Bills did with Mcgahee that way if for some reason injury or other wise if something should go wrong they have a really good alternative . But i don't see that happening ...

I don't think there is any chance of Beane trading back into the first for any player this draft the team with what he has done is in pretty good shape & although Beane is a wheeler dealer there would have to be generational game changing player there like a Mack for him to use the type of draft capital it would cost to get back into round 1 & IMHO i don't see it happening !!

Let me start by saying i don't know much at all about Gibson but given what i've read about him i would think what we know about Beane & company that he has been looked at by the scouting department . I think he would be a great compliment to Singletary & if he is half of what they say he is in the articles that i have read he could push Motor for the starting spot due to his speed & big play ability, Singletary wouldn't be benched unless this guy was all that & a bag of chips but the way Beane finds those type of players late in the draft Singletary, Millano, & the others this could be another to bring in ! If he is there in the third i would hope that they grab him to be that guy to compliment Singletary this year .

From what i have been reading they may want to bring in a WR from the draft to get them up to speed because Beasley & Brown will be in their 30's soon so if their production drops off they will have someone in the pipe line . I really hope that they get like a Chase Claypool in the second & in the later rounds pick up the back out of Memphis Antonio Gibson he seems to be a lot like Derick Henry as far as build & style which wouldn't be a bad fit opposite of Singletary .

I just read a article probably the one you are referring to & i didn't understand the why it went down last year only that 1 had to go because they wanted to use Singletary but now that Gore is gone as long as Shady wasn't to booty hurt about last year he could come back & be #2 . I have looked at another guy in the draft though the kid out of Memphis looks like a Derick Henry type back & he should be there in the later rounds 3 or 4 which could be a real good get for the Bills !! So a lot with Shady would hinge on what Beane plans on doing in the draft .
