So wonderful when compared to the carousal of loses we had for 20+ years. Without a doubt he has flaws, most coaches do, but "you are what your record says you are" as Parcells would say. Overall McDermott has built a strong culture, developed a great staff, excellent player development "next man up" and united confidence with GM and ownership. What impresses me the most is his ability to lead through adversity. Even when he started as Bills HC after big losses, the team came back strong. He has always had the locker room. Now he needs a ring to prove he is elite.

I have been staying downtown for years, it use to be sooooo cheap. However, post pandemic the rates are insane, it really makes no sense. I now stay at the airport. Half the price as downtown and the drive is about the same. Worse case, if dollars are the issue look at Niagara Falls NY

If Brian Daboll gets fired, would you take him as OC?

Odds are high he would end up on the College front as a head coach, all he and the HC were at odds during his last season. -
Not challenging Dalton sideline catch or Cook TD
shane nelson replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes to both. Kincaid was close enough to challenge and it was a huge play if we get the call. (I have seen worse turned over) While Cook's elbow was out, it appeared that his knee was close to being in bounds. There was really nothing to lose since we called a timeout anyways and there was less than 3 minutes left in the game. -
Agreed, we have major cap issues this year. Beane has done a great job building a competitive team while avoiding a major team rebuild. This year will be tougher than others, but our future is strong.

So far WR group looks like a dumpster fire

Last week, they were great, this week it sucks. Its a long season and one game on week 4 does not equal dumpster fire. -
The Bad: While there were many, my key take away; time to go Bass Fishing The Good: Its just one game, move on!

Strange thing I noticed about Mike McDaniel

After Hard Knocks last year, I swear he is a gummy bear fan. Man's behavior is pretty odd and his persona was constantly changing -
His game is now based on experience and wisdom vs. skills and speed. He served us very well. Probably a Wall of Famer one day

Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
shane nelson replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I spent a lot of time watching him Sunday, his game was solid, however he was not disruptive like his days of old. Let's hope week one was just a start to old Von! -
Cannot go wrong with either choice, but why not spend a little more and get great seats. While your finances are none of my business, I have learned over the years you forget the cost, but never the experience. I would wait and monitor prices, its a December game odds are high there will be good inventory

Good bless this woman, she is the main reason we still have the Bills in Buffalo. -

I was there, just moved to NJ from Toronto. Wild and crazy night, clearly had second thoughts lol. Will never forget that night. -
Why not Toronto, much less travel. Besides they have hosted NFL games before

What NFL rules changes would you like to see?
shane nelson replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall
PI. incidental PI, 5 yards and a first. Blatant mugging a spot fowl. Overhaul instant replay, process is not only broken, but causes massive delays. As a fan we can generally understand a call with one review of instant replay. Why does it take 10 minutes to make the call on the field. There should be 3 officials in the replay booth, their decision must be anonymous and made in less than a minute. If they cannot make a decision in that time, the play on the field stands.
