    LA "fanbase" possible backlash aside, imagine you are that front office and Sammy's agent is asking for much more than what they paid Woods - possibly double. How do you justify that investment?! Woods had a career year and is what, ~$7M/year and only $15M guaranteed?

    If a QB doesn't have accuracy as a natural talent, you run away at the NFL level. You either have it or you don't. You don't 'learn' accuracy.

    I like this in theory, but when was the last time Luck actually participated fully in even a practice? Hell, when was the last time he threw period? If Luck's health is back, I'm 100% on board with trying to get him. I just have questions about that shoulder.

    OMG, how can Smith get this much $$? The #Redskins gave QB Alex Smith a 4-year extension worth $94M, source said. He gets a whopping $71M in guarantees.

    If you can get a 3rd for Shaq, fine. But he has only been healthy for basically the last 14 months. That, and he has been in two completely different pro schemes. I'd like to see what he can be after another McD camp. You never know. The dude was going to be a first rounder that draft even if the Bills didn't take him...so there are teams that prob like him.

    If you're gonna fire a guy, is it really dependent on who his backfill will be? "Well we were going to fire Rico, but we couldn't get McCoy so he stays." Seems like flawed logic. Plus, McCoy and Rico overlapped in Denver in 2009. What is their text exchange like if this indeed is the case? "hey, Rico, MM here. Did you know your bosses are interviewing me for your job?"

    First of all, it's not going out on a limb - AT ALL - to say RD may get fired. Also, what does it say about our front office if we are waiting to hear from a candidate before firing the existing OC?
