OK, since you asked. "The Process" has created a team that if managed well can be a perennial playoff contender. With a healthy Josh Allen all things are possible. To get over the hump and reach the SB may require mortgaging the future some to obtain a couple more proven "elite" players. The time is now. IMO the defensive philosophy has failed this year and could not win them a game when needed on multiple occasions. A change may be needed but I don't know if that will happen. Is this Frazier's Defense or is this McD's Defense? Hopefully they can do an honest end of year evaluation and take the needed steps.
