  1. And has half an hour before a real drive between this and halftime and jags getting the ball. Odds are any punt is followed by kneeling out the half.
  2. Unless it was O’Leary in the endzone there was no reward to the throw. 100% risk (and a major risk at that)and nothing to show for it if completed
  3. Why are we throwing middle of the field with tight coverage and short of the sticks there? Makes ZERO sense. All risk and no reward.
  4. Managed to burn a time-out we shouldn’t have, get bailed out by the jags... and then this is how we follow up the gift? We shouldve been on the line so fast with the run up the gut on first while the jags still recovered from the shock of being back on the field. Bad coaching on this last 3-4 plays.
  5. Apparently both sides are too amped for this goal line stand
  6. That’s a huuuuuge mistake by Jax. Potential game changer.
  7. Was going to call out Campbell before this — huge 1st half for him. He’s a beast. He’s getting huge hits on the line - even in those phone booth situations when getting off the block he’s putting monster hits on backs
  8. I don’t think it was the goal, honestly. I think it was an inexperienced player going too fast
  9. After a play like that I’d love tempo to the line
  10. Every drop back is a risk - that’s why we have to press. At least mistakes would be down field.
  11. We have to take some shots. Grinding out field position for 60 minutes on the road against an elite defense isn’t going to do the trick. Need to put the chips on the table and win a few big pots early
  12. Shady playing tough but could see his legs sore getting up and walking to the huddle there
  13. Tale of two strategies against bad QBs— we are daring them to take a chunk, they are forcing us the make 10 small plays
  14. To be fair, he took a risk and it was perfect. We kind of need to take chances and have them pay off.
  15. Curious to see who loses their cool first
  16. It feels like these threads move way to fast for a play by play
  17. As romo notes, you can’t be behind schedule all day and expect the line to win 3rd down against this group. The best offensive lines in the league lose that.
  18. Agreed. He is who he is and will likely continue to be who he has been. They knew who they were getting and you either plan to deal with that as effectively as possible or you move on. The Rex era was probably worst case with no structure around him in any way on or off the field. Removing any leverage from his contract was likewise silly on our part. We essentially handed him a blank check with no expectations or support or plan or....
  19. Hes not even drinking in either clip though. Odds are he wasn’t out having organic fresh pressed beat/kale juice Friday night but likewise this isn’t that damning either As a a bills fan, I hope he completely blows off the game and rolls in unprepared and at 70%... but there’s definitely based on venue both some assumptions and pearl clutching (I enjoyed the “I’m just glad I would never be able to be photographed in a strip club” comment) I get it- and I’m assuming it’s late too but if he rolled home at midnight or 1.... meh. Big deal? im not so much trying to defend MD as there were just a few posts that made me laugh when reading the thread.
  20. If it was a picture of him at an Irish pub with a beer would the reaction be as dramatic for some here? He definitely comes with baggage and as a team you’d rather see him snapping shots of studying the playbook but they are human and they will go out, and blow off steam and have fun and it doesn’t mean he’s not doing the work. And the morality is all tied up in the assumptions of what he was doing and how it would effect him two days later from a couple quick shots of him standing there. Are they time stamped at day break? Is he tearing through lines of coke? Or is he having 2-3 beers and home at a more or less reasonable time 2 days before an afternoon shift at work?
