  1. the name we've seen posted here every year for the past 10 years. I think I'd be good with Beane signing him if for only it would mean this topic of adding him would never come up again in the future get er dun but in all seriousness: na i dont want him.
  2. you cant look at these transactions in a vacuum. Look at the situations he was in prior to him being traded. I think its less about Cooper & more about those team situations
  3. BILLS 23 Seahawks 20 Lets circle the wagons on them!
  4. yeah Coop & its not close. Like he ^ said
  5. There was a thread last week asking what is Greg Rousseau worth.... since decision time is coming for his extension. Many in the thread guessed it may cost $20m per for Greg going forward. Now i'd compare that to what it'd cost to bring Myles Garrett here & ask who do you think would be better value for the cost? If you're Beane do you want to pay a Rousseau $20m per or would you prefer paying a Myles Garrett?
  6. terrible attempt at run blocking by left guard #66
  7. In the 2020 Draft, all of us fans wanted to draft Justin Jefferson.. can you imagine what our offense would look like with him? In the 2024 Draft, all of us fans wanted to draft Brian Thomas Jr... can you imagine what our offense would look like with him? I hope Keon turns into something great & i loved his attitude when we got him. But i cant help but think these 2 decisions were difference makers
  8. hell no, God no, please no, for effs sake no. He sucked years ago with the Jests. He sucked with Seattle. He sucks now. No thanks
  9. Reading that article i see this: Mevis was signed by the Panthers after the draft and was let go. There we go, former Panther? Meet our new kicker! 🤣
  10. The Saints stats seem more insane, but given its only a couple weeks into the season, i'd expect them to course correct over time. Time will tell how well we perform, but i definitely think we can & will improve upon these, because we havent seen our full offense play. Curtis Samuel has been hurt, Keon is just getting his feet wet. I'd like to see these stats when our offense is running full throttle. Because i think we can all agree that they havent peaked yet by any means, theyre just getting started & thats the exciting bit for me. Just gotta stay healthy
  11. Josh Allen just stole that fan's puppy & the whole thing was caught on video? This isn't a good look
  12. 1st bit of truth ive heard today. Josh Allen clearly has a more well rounded game than Lamar. Has been more durable & displays that will to win. Case in point: Josh Allen wouldn't ever run off the field during a playoff game to go to the bathroom, while his team was about to score vs the Bengals at the 1 yard line. Josh would handle his business on the field #1 & then #2, not the other way around lol
  13. we all should be concerned about Milano's health. Not necessarily because of these reports from training camp though, but for simply Matt's injury history. Anything that affects Matt's mobility is an issue, as that is what makes him the player he is. The coaches are keeping a close eye on him I'd imagine. The team's doctors & specialists in consultation as well. What's the better alternative to what we're doing now? None, okay then.
  14. Looks like Tim Graham is just desperate for some clicks before the season starts. 'Pegula's imploring Beane'... BEGGING Beane & Sean to get Josh to be more of a CEO? Don't the best CEO's delegate responsibility to those who perform? Isn't that what Josh did last year? Sorry this whole article comes off as nonsense. Regarding the DIGGS situation, i have a feeling regardless of anything Josh did or didnt do, Tim Graham would come up with an article criticizing it. But not with any facts or insider information, but just more speculation & opinion. Imho each player needs to be held accountable for their own actions, so i don't blame Josh for Diggs, i blame Diggs for Diggs & i can blame the coaching too, but i wouldnt blame Josh for not being a CEO lol. This article did do 1 thing for me tho, it made me feel more confident in our team & Allen, if this is the best Graham can come up with for a controversy in the offseason, we're not in bad shape! I hope the change in expectations this season & any haters voices that find their way to the team, just motivate our guys to go win a SB when nobody else expects it. I don't want Josh to be a CEO... there's some truly awful CEO's out there. I'd prefer Josh to be who we drafted him to be, the best QB we've had in decades & maybe ever, who is a class act on & off the field & 1 of the top 3 QB's in the league. We win BECAUSE of Josh, not in spite of him. And we won 6 of those last 7 games in spite of Diggs play dropping off a cliff. The team always seemed to be walking on eggshells with Stef, where it seemed to take the focus off the bigger picture. Now we wont have that problem & that can only be a good thing imho.
  15. when you gotta go, you gotta go
  16. Athletically its Josh 100% with an eye on his ceiling. But while comparing the 2, 1 has displayed his ability to win the big game when it counts & the other is the QB for the Buffalo BILLS. Until that last bit isn't synonymous with losing & choking, any BILLS player needs to be 2nd to whoever is 1st imho. Until you demonstrate you can win the big game then its just how it has to be. I know its not all on 1 person win or lose, but one also can't deny that winning matters. Some would say its all that matters. PS I typically don't partake in these fan debates because they're usually just popularity contests. They're both of the best in the league
  17. i'd just stream the game for free, on any one of the 1000's of free streams easily available on the internet. If anyone ever needs any assistance with this, feel free to shoot me a DM
  18. Since Bass's issues appear largely psychological, i imagine Beane didn't bring in any competition so as to not make Bass more of a headcase about his status with the team. Sort of like a GM with a QB who doesn't bring in any QB to compete with them. I dont agree with it, as these players are supposed to be professionals & used to competition their whole life. Beane's comments on having guys push others runs counter to this with Bass. There's just no reason not to bring someone in, unless you're 100% confident Bass can regain it, which you should never be.
  19. If only we built our new stadium downtown, in part of a more ambitious waterfront development project. Perhaps we'd already have our answer to a lot of the questions posted here. We'd already know where we'd have the Draft. It'd be for our new state of the art facility & waterfront we're chomping at the bit to showcase to the rest of the Country. Instead we're making a pitch for what & where? The parking lot? The old stadium before its 100% torn down? Yeah its not gonna happen, sorry. Too many other cities would be in a much better position than us to host this event. Cities that don't have the same logistical concerns. Cities that have an actual developed area to host & showcase. "But we could have it in front of City Hall...." Sure, maybe if it were a football stadium. I hope we didn't spend too much money putting together a package to host this. Unless this is the quo part of the quid pro quo to Pegula for finally building a new stadium, i don't see this happening. Sorry!
  20. Yes the annual Ngakoue thread. 1 of my favorite off-season past times. Is Jadeveon Clowney available too? In years past I have thought he could be a serviceable addition. But he's always received more money than I think we'd be prepared to pay & for what he brings on the field, i dont think he's really worth it. Pretty much a 1 dimensional player, that doesn't get to the QB enough to justify having him on your team. At least imho. So naturally this will be the year we sign him
  21. I would just watch the game for free, on any one of the 100's of freely obtained links on the internet. If you are halfway internet savy, which means you have an adblocker installed, you will find all you need is already out there. Anyone ever needs links to anything, feel free to DM me.
  22. BILLS cockblocking the worst team in the division. Gotta aim the sights a little higher lol
  23. Idk how anyone can think this is a "make or break year" when everyone from the top down says this is a "year of transition". It doesnt quite mesh with 'make or break' does it? Only way i'd see Coach getting fired is if we start 0-10 with a 100% healthy Josh Allen. That decision, as well as making a run for the SB, are all delayed til next year. We're in transition
  24. What if Beane thought highly of all the wr's & wouldve been happy with any of them? Then Beane wouldve felt safe trading down, knowing he'd at least get 1 of them. "The last one on Josh's list". Time will tell i suppose, with all these guys... it always does
  25. Whats the point of drawing contrasts with the Patriots dynasty? Its literally the greatest team, with the greatest HC & QB of ALL TIME. What worked for them, very well wont work for any other team, especially us. We have a defensive minded coach, who coaches a defense that can never get the big stop to win a game. A Bill Belichick coached D at the height of their prime, would seem unbeatable at times & that simply is not us. Yes Josh Allen is a freakish talent & can do just about anything. But as we've found out, it takes more than that to win a Championship in this League. Did we do enough at WR? Of course not. No way in hell anyone can claim we did. Is that okay? Well it depends on what the goal is for this season. Its not enough to put us in contention for a Lombardi this year tho. If thats the stated goal for this season: we've failed. When Beane says this is a team in transition, i think we know what that means.
