  1. today's draft with comments. Appreciate any feedback. 30. Buffalo Bills Alijah Vera-Tucker IOL, USC (have to take him if he falls here. Sorry John, you're likely now the backup G/C.) 61. Buffalo Bills Dylan Moses LB, Alabama (run stuffing, athletic linebacker. Might offer TE coverage as well. Hopefully plays middle and kicks Edmunds to OLB). 93. Buffalo Bills Michael Carter RB, North Carolina (the quick RB we need) 161. Buffalo Bills Ambry Thomas CB, Michigan (physical CB who can play in a zone system.) 174. Buffalo Bills Ihmir Smith-Marsette WR, Iowa (speed, speed, returner, and speed) 211. Buffalo Bills Joshua Kaindoh EDGE, Florida State (6'7" DE. Yeah, sign me up. Apparently he is raw, but hopefully we can fix that). 234. Buffalo Bills Landon Young OT, Kentucky (more OL depth here. Starts as a backup. Asked to do a lot of run blocking in college, so that's a huge plus here). Draft regret: was expecting a DT after the Carter pick, but that didn't happen. My guys from LSU and FSU were gone. love both of these drafts, more than mine. Your 2nd one is my fav of any I've seen so far.
  2. exactly. we are treading water.
  3. I was ambivalent about Milano if it means an elite DE.
  4. I love Hilton. But I think he is too expensive, likely gets cb1 money somewhere.
  5. I like Jackson also, but like Wallace as depth. good player. not elite but solid.
  6. I get your point. I just think unlikely we get a bust at 30. Also if the FA DE is a beast I’m not complaining.
  7. they did when jt mattered, and in embarrassing fashion.
  8. seems we blew too much on Addison, Milano. Replace Addison with a game changing DE and draft Milano replacement. Getting a value in Milano is not a value if it straps you from getting impact players.
  9. why not just keep Lawson??
  10. if his contract is Milano and Addison combined, I’d rather have Lawson and draft LB at 30.
  11. Yeah, we need a FA pass rusher. At 30, I'm going straight up BPA, which is likely to be either LB, RB, OL, or IDL, IMO.
  12. yeah I'm fine with a 3rd rounder, cap hit is more what I'm worried about. A good rookie RB can ball if given the chance.
  13. seems like he'd have a decent cap number? I'd rather draft one of the top 3 RB's.
  14. either. I think there are some good options in the draft. McKenzie would be ideal, but if not, Hyde and/or draft pick are sufficient.
  15. I think Bean does not want to create any gaping holes prior to the draft (ie. must get a guard/draft a guard to start). I 100% hope we take OL at 30 if it's the BPA. No problem having depth on OL.
  16. i’d trade up for Pitts if he is there, but not a fan of trading up for the others, IMO.
  17. i still see OL being possible at 30 if bpa.
  18. how much do we have left now?
  19. if we get a big time pass rusher FA has been a huge success, IMO.
  20. likely replaceable with mckenzie or draft pick.
  21. is Dickerson the guy with motovation or off field issues. I recall some bama OL having an issue. ?
  22. nothing surprises me anymore with Bean. We really are setting up for BPA at 30, could be OL, RB, Edge, etc. Nice to not have any gaping holes to fill. We have holes for sure, but not gaping ones.
  23. it only seems to "catch up" if you do this with too many players, like the Steelers did a while ago. They would have done it to keep Brown then a few years from now it catches up. But a franchise QB or OL, or elite pass rusher is a no brainer to do this with, IMO.
  24. I think the final FA move needs to be TE or Edge. It's very hard to find a day 1 impact player at that position. I have big hopes for Epensea and Knox, but I don't want to count on them. Draft more OL, 1 Tech, and speedster later in the draft (draft looks to have a ton available around rd. 4).
