good point on the points, but we have JA and continually stall in scoring position. Not sure if its a personnel issue, coaching issue or what. Way to many good drives or starting position that end in fg’s.

and Tasker stopped people from scoring and stopped other teams from getting good field position.

The Lions are like the Browns, IMO. Good running game, decent QB and WRs, and a suspect D. That said, the Browns gave us trouble.

Davis is more of a #3. Suspect hands, can make big plays, but overall inconsistent. We need to get another WR in the draft or FA. Knox is way more consistent now than he previously was, it's that his targets are down. Davis could improve, hopefully does, but now seems like a #3.

the most concerning aspect is not how KC is playing, it's our play as of late. The last game was concerning for a few reasons (I'll take an ugly win any day over a "good" loss--whatever that is): we beat a very bad team by 8. Allen looked pedestrian in the 1st half. 3rd and long defense was getting abused until Frazier learned that blitzing is permitted in the NFL. The offensive play calling seemed off-rhythm, particularly when in scoring positing, leading to 6 FGs. We are still a good team, we just seem to get in our own way. I mean, some people are out of shape, others are just discussing what they see from our team. I don't think most people are whining by pointing out some shortcomings that may prevent us from reaching the SB. This is what a fan message board is for.

he should have dove at his legs--perhaps slows Cook down a step and enables the others to catch him. Bad angle, bad effort on that play. But overall, I'm a Hamlin fan. if Hyde is gone, hopefully we use the money to keep Poyer. The D is vastly diff w/o Poyer. Or we need another vet. Can't have Hamlin and a rookie, IMO.
