It’s not an emotional decision, it’s a decision that this staff can’t get it done. Years in a row the staff has proven they can’t do it. All year issues catch up to you when playing an evenly matched team

Fire Bean then. Like his DL scouts suck. He has cost this team with his non-impactful drafting.

but I was told by numerous posters this wouldn’t stop us, we only lost 3 games, etc. I’d also add: Bean has blown picks all over the DL, Frazier coaches too conservatively, and Dorsey is in over his head.
