Stefon Diggs - “I watched the game five times”
RyanC883 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
can’t blame him. Allen should also if this nonsense continues. Eventually the players will say either keep the bum coaches (esp Frazier) or trade us. -
was it development or play calling and player selection. Bean did nothing to improve the room and cut arguably the 2-3rd best WR, while Dorsey’s play calling was abysmal. Meanwhile one of the best offensive coaches takes Hall. I put this down as a negative.

Excluding QB, who has the better roster, Bills or Jets?
RyanC883 replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
well, when we draft high we get non-impact players like Oliver, Edmunds, and Rosseau. They took George Wilson and got Breece Hall. They nailed the draft last year. -
Daboll/Hodgins - Does their success bother you?
RyanC883 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
at least Bean made the tough move of holding Chad Hall accountable for his (Bean’s) inability to get a top WR and waiving of Hodgins—while letting McD and Dorsey’s putrid play calling off the hook. -
no offense, but if your wife needed to find a replacement, she is: (1) perhaps crazy; and (2) should have posted here. I will volunteer for all client schmoozing events for her in the future if she needs someone!

Michael Irvin Removed from NFL Network Superbowl LVll Coverage
RyanC883 replied to T&C's topic in The Stadium Wall
if it was in the hotel lobby, there should be security footage. Where is TMZ on this? And the women complained only to the NFL. I mean, Irving has a reputation from the 90s for cocaine and partying, but if he simply said something grotesque to her, I don't know if that warrants taking him off the shows. Also, is he fired, or just off the shows? If just off the shows, he is still getting paid, and likely that is some proof that this wasn't a big enough deal to violate a "morals" clause in his contract. -
dude is a solid backup, on a rookie contract. Would love him on the team. Seemed to be getting better as the season went along. We need to upgrade starters perhaps at safety given the age of our guys and likelihood of Poyer not returning and/or Hyde not being ready, but Hamlin is not an issue, IMO.

would like Beasley and Shakir combo. a later round slot pick would be nice also. Good slots usually available around round 5.

Agree. But we need both, if we don't fix the OL, the other teams pass rush will be our problem. Overall, we have missed on a ton of DE and OL picks, sometimes missing on DE (Basham) while not drafting the impact OL (Humphrey). We need pass rush, as well as not playing a weak cover zone with CBs 5-10 yards off WRs. On offense, we need to protect JA.

awful drafting on DL.

Found this while looking for an Allen Hurdle Gif. What is going on here. Allen looks almost submissive like he is being cuddled by Tua? https://twitter.com/houtz/status/1574133542270951427/mediaviewer

How the Super Bowl teams Offensive Rosters were assembled.
RyanC883 replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
most of those players were/are overrated or in the wrong system. -
That’s horrible (today) and crazy (parent story). If you have any family still there I hope they are okay. I always thought your user name was a reference to the candy bad “Big Turk” from Canada. where do you live? We had one in Pgh about 10 years ago, I felt nothing as I was driving, but my wife was in a big building and it was swaying all over (as they are designed to do from wind, etc).

Anyone else on the John Michael Schmitz bandwagon?
RyanC883 replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’d take one of them that can play center and an OT in first 3. Seems like a deep IOL draft at C/G. Donno if I use a first on a 24 year old. -

If Frazier returns, how much will your enthusism die?
RyanC883 replied to The Red King's topic in The Stadium Wall
Enthusiasm still high, expectations lower. Like another early playoff exit. -
Scouts, Scheme, Evolution, free agency, and a Hands-Off Coach
RyanC883 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
i mean if they can make the contract work that’d be great, I just don’t know if that’s realistic. Hope so. Less holes would be nice. If they can sign him and a WR like Kirk that’d be great. -
UPDATED - v3.0 (FINAL) on p.13 - Gunner's 2023 Mock Draft
RyanC883 replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Patterson would be an ok pick here in this situation. But there are 2-3 good centers it seems, so may be better to trade back or take a WR like here unless one is much better than the others. The other high ranked centers are the one from Minn, Wisc., and TCU. -
UPDATED - v3.0 (FINAL) on p.13 - Gunner's 2023 Mock Draft
RyanC883 replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
like this, although I may go Bergeron over Vorhees and grab a C/G in 3rd. Draft seems to be deeper there. -
Scouts, Scheme, Evolution, free agency, and a Hands-Off Coach
RyanC883 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
I get it, but this assumes we hit on the picks as day 1 contributors. I’d rather gave a proven WR , draft OL, and LB or go vet to replace Edmunds. Otherwise Edmunds contract creates holes elsewhere. -
Scouts, Scheme, Evolution, free agency, and a Hands-Off Coach
RyanC883 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
For me, the point is that we can get a non game changer for less, and spend on WR or OT. -
How many teams can Singletary start on
RyanC883 replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall
would love to draft a thumper to pair Cook with. No more short-yard runs for Allen. Get an Ingram/Kamara thing going. First, I think the OL needs to be repaired, or all the backs and QBs get crushed. -
or, we made our division harder than it needed to be. Tua is good, the rest of the teams don't have an above-average QB. The West still has great/good QBs. it's true a lot has to go right, but a lot goes right more often when you have better talent at OL, and 2nd WR on offense, not just a top 2 QB in the league. (not to mention playing a modern D style, etc).
