  1. well, the first part about roster filling is correct. Then it’s grab the top D player in round 1, preferably a DE 😜
  2. this would be amazing. Like an all ACC team almost
  3. Mattison would be great if we can't land Foreman. The others intrigue me also. Thanks for putting the list together!
  4. Here is Pro Football Network: 27. Jaxon Smith-Njigba WR Ohio State 59. Steve Avila OG TCU 91. Jack Campbell LB Iowa 130. Roschon Johnson RB Texas 137. Jonathan Mingo WR Ole Miss 205. DeWayne McBride RB UAB Overall I like this draft. I wish I could have acquired an OT, but I have 2 impact WRs, an OG/C, Edmunds replacement; and 2 RBs--I should have taken a safety over McBride.
  5. I really like the first two picks here, solidifies the T and C/G positions. Dell is a bit of wildcard given his size, but is super productive and has a great catch rate, could become another T. Hill type guy. I like Williams and Hickman as solid replacements for Edmunds and Poyer. Gray in the 7th seems like a steal and a great compliment to Cook.
  6. Dawkins is not to LTs what JA is to QBs.
  7. gross, there is a Buffalo Jet Fan twitter??
  8. would like OL meetings, but perhaps there is a FA plan for it.
  9. he would have better RB and WRs than in Green Bay, and a better defense. That would free up Jets to draft OL. Although this is a 1-2 year solution, I believe it puts the Jets in SB conversation.
  10. Wagner and Kendricks could be had for less than Edmunds, no falloff. Draft Texas LB Overshown in 3rd round as a backup/next guy. Get WR Golloday and/or Anderson if he isn't a headcase on a 1 year prove it deal so he can rejuvinate his value. Still draft an impact WR, even in Rd. 1 WR Woods looks like a clear upgrade over the other WRs not named Diggs. DE Clark: upgrade over all DEs not named Miller.
  11. he needs to be a HC or DC. right now, he seems better as a DC. perhaps an Assist HC can take over game day management.
  12. any player who is not a day 1 player and impact player is a bad pick. if none of those are available, trade back to get more OL, WR, etc.
  13. the milk “truthers” are generally wackos with psych issues.
  14. Perhaps it’s a passive aggressive way of saying draft another starting caliber WR and OL so I’m not triple covered every play! the problem is Beans inability to put talent around Allen and Diggs.
  15. I don’t know. Not allowing any sacks playing at ND is impressive. I think walter football has him as a top 5 G/C.
  16. Brian Branch and Nolan Smith I'd be okay with, as well as a top S or CB. Basically, I want a guy (preferably on offense) that has a high degree of likelihood of making an impact all year. If no offensive players are left, then a D is fine. But, I'm not sure Van Ness fits that. He seems more of a "he should be good" guy than a guarantee type that you look for in Rd. 1, IMO. I could be totally wrong.
  17. Mason Rudolph one year deal.
  18. agree. the OG and C look okay to me in the class, but the OTs are not deep, IMO.
  19. gotta put yourself in position to capitalize on it though. Bills didn’t barley changed anything from 13 seconds team to get better. KC had the parts to make it work with a revamped OL and additional parts on D.
  20. round 1 DE incoming!
  21. This chart is wrong. PA is only 3.07. https://www.revenue.pa.gov/Tax Rates/Pages/default.aspx Poyer is also likely accounting for county and other taxes. Meanwhile, NYS tax is higher than in the chart, and for Poyer, likely 9.65% https://www.thebalancemoney.com/new-york-personal-income-tax-3193284 Not only is the above chart wrong (some states listed too high, others too low); but FL is not a net "taker". The state tax levels have zero impact on how federal taxes are distributed.
  22. Any championships? Better playoff performances? No need to be nasty to the OP.
  23. my thought also. 1. it stupid to race cars that could be raced (Nissan Z, etc.); and 2. racing an Expedition and a Trailhawk is just asking for additional trouble. if you want to race cars, go to a track. A public street is not the place for that.
  24. Not sure why so many dinged you here. We have a lot of work to do this offseason to get JA talent for next year and other years. That means impactful FAs and young guys. I've put my comments in bold above. I get your point, but I think the idea of an exercise like this is not to create more holes, but see where we can cut and fill for less in the draft or FA and get at least equal production (Oliver, perhaps Morse), while freeing up money to fill other holes that also exist (example: trade Oliver, get a replacement in the draft or FA at less cost, and then get a OL or WR upgrade). But your right, if they mess this up, it creates more holes.
