I’m not sure. We’ve been here for 10 years and it’s always been called The Foundry. It is a big, two floor brown building with a pond in front and a big water mill. They’ve changed ownership twice, but the quality has maintained. Expensive because of where it’s located but pretty good food. Restaurants up on the mountain usually change ownership/names every few years. 😂

My wife and I rarely go out to eat, but when we do we usually go to the same restaurant. Our favorite place called The Foundry up near Killington. My go-to is the chicken marsala and a double order of the duck fat fried french fries (which are amazing). It’s just so delicious and I know I’m going to have a good meal. Every time I try something different I’m always disappointed. I’m a creature of habit I suppose.

Just finished bingeing this. It was incredible and had me a bit misty a few times. Also cool to see footage I’ve never seen before like the Oswald press conference. I do like how they kept it classy and avoided all the conspiracy stuff. Imagine if it hadn’t stopped raining in Dallas on that day. 🤔

I agree. There were some funny moments, and it started well, but most of the movie just seemed drawn out and “forced.” After a while, I found the woke hyperbole to be quite irritating.

Anyone else hear the rumor about the alleged “dust up” between Benny and Red Autry in practice last week that led to his suspension? I heard Benny got in his face screaming and it got ugly. Autry threw him out of practice.

It’s DraftKings DFS. Gambling isn’t legal in my state. You pick a roster of 6 fighters and your maximum “payroll” is 50K. You have to pick a few “live” underdogs to win. I’ve been doing very well, but I’m a big UFC fan and do a lot of research as well. It annoys the ***** out of my wife. 😂 I’ll start posting my optimal cash game line-up every week just in case anyone wants to tail. I think I did that once before.

Dispensaries are like gas stations here in Vermont. There are 6 within a 20 minute drive of my house and a new one that is about to open. I think it’s legal to grow up to 6 plants. I have a guy that will deliver whatever I want directly to my front door. Pretty sweet.

I do not ski or snowboard, however, I live about 10 minutes away from Pico and Killington Mountains. My daughter is on the Pico ski race team, and my wife/daughter/son all have season passes to Pico. They go to Killington 4-5 times a season, and sometimes venture out to Sugarbush, Stratton and Okemo. I get lots of peace and quiet on the weekends during the winter time which is fine by me! 😉

I’ve always been an Anchor Bar defender. Not good by Buffalo standards, but plenty good enough if you don’t know better. It’s all about perspective. I’ve been there several times throughout the years, and always had solid wings. This past February, my wife got me Sabres tix for my birthday. It was my kids’ first time visiting Buffalo, so I thought I’d bring them to the Anchor Bar mainly for the experience. It was a disaster. The wings were horrible. It was almost as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for 15 minutes before the waitress brought them out, and the restaurant was not busy at all. The wings (Buffalo mild) also had a strange, funky odor to them. It was bizarre. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The next day right after the game, we went to Gabriel’s Gate and had some AMAZING wings. It was well worth the 45 minute wait to get a table.

My trousers just got a little snug in the front. When I was in HS in the late 90s our “ISS monitor” was a mid 20s semi-attractive young lady. Not as cute as this woman, but plenty attractive enough for horny teenaged boys. It was fairly widely known that she had slept with several male students. One of them was a close friend of mine. I wonder if she ever got caught. 🤔

I was listening to a MMA podcast earlier in the week, and one of the dudes said that Volk wasn’t officially in a training camp, but he essentially was training as such bc he knew he was “on deck” for this event.

This didn’t go so well. 😂 Stacking the main event was a mistake. I genuinely thought Volk would hang in there for 5 and score well with his striking volume. Victor Henry with the DQ nut shot. Whataya gonna do about that? 🤷🏾‍♂️ What a strange card….

Henry is my punt play with good finishing upside. I love this lineup with heavy wrestling upside. I’ve been hitting on these pretty regularly. Feel free to tail. You people amaze me. Beane brings in a stud blue chip FA to freaking ***** hole Buffalo, NY and fans rejoice and sing his praises. The poor guy shreds his knee (purely coincidentally), is playing but not fully up to game speed after 2 games, and now Beane is culpable for a move that may or may not work out… Y’all are fickle….and churlish.
