It’s all about playing the odds, really. Say we could get some team’s 3rd, 4th & 5th for our 1st round pick, and then someone’s 4th, 5th & 7th for our 2nd round pick. That’s 6 picks in those middle rounds. That’s guys like Taron Johnson, Wyatt Teller, Gabe Davis and Matt Milano. I sure wouldn’t hate that. The proof is in the pudding, folks!

Just think of gaining 5-6 starters who are high motor, lunch pail guys. Versus two pre-madonnas that Beane totally whiffs on. I’m just connecting the dots here.

Alright, hear me out. Brandon Beane has proven that he can’t consistently hit on 1st/2nd round picks. Let’s be honest. We are going to have a lot of holes to fill after the FA bloodbath. Since Beane tends to hit on mid-late round prospects, let’s trade out of the 1st and 2nd round altogether. Accumulate as many 3rd-5th round picks as possible. Thanks for reading. Not really famous I guess, but I went to HS with one of the “suitcase girls” from Deal or No Deal. I think she’s still modeling. She grew up down the street from me and I was good friends with her older brother. I saw her at a wedding in California about 10 years ago. Here’s another quick one. Buy a bag of the frozen mini meatballs. Throw some in the oven. Cut up some bell peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute up the veggies in a little olive oil and then throw in the cooked meatballs and a couple jars of marinara. Serve over pasta. Bada bing!

Anderson is absolutely brutal. Comrie is almost as bad. UPL plays like a stud at times, but then will let in a few softies here and there. He flashes, but then will be terrible for a stretch. Maddeningly inconsistent. When will Devon Levi join the club?

It’s a go-to “emergency meal” in my house. We always keep the ingredients on hand just in case we need to make something easy and quick on a busy night. Really, you can add anything you want to it and it’s delicious. A can of cream of mushroom soup makes a nice gravy and I usually add some chicken stock at the end to make it more saucy. Also, even the instant spuds will do in a pinch. Some real gourmet s**t!

Hamburger Gravy brah. Ground meat cooked with a little oil in a pan. Add cream of mushroom soup, some frozen peas and carrots, and season with salt and pepper. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

I was talking to my son as we were on our way to the game. Buffalo playing an early Sat afternoon game, after a 10 game layoff, right before a 3 game west coast road trip. It didn’t feel like a recipe for a good Sabres effort. Frankly, they looked flat and disinterested. It was weird.

This should be a poll. I guess my daily usage would be skewed by the amount of time at work I spend using computer programs that require the internet. If we’re taking about social media, I would say that I spend ~45 min to an hour per day on the average. Mostly this site, Instagram and Twitter.

I was at the game. The whole team gave up after the first period. Jack Quinn was particularly brutal. Whole team was s**t though.

Losses bother me for a little bit (especially Bills losses), but I’m not the type of fan that lets something like that ruin my week. Gotta keep things in perspective.

Ted McGinley’s character is friggin hilarious! 😂 I have Dear Edward on my list. Has great reviews, and the story looks intriguing. The wife and I watched E1 of Poker Face on Peacock last night and it was pretty interesting. It’s hard to keep up with all these shows!
