  1. Great moves! Stanford is from CT and seems like a good fit for locker room http://www.courant.com/community/bloomfield/hc-news-bloomfield-turkey-update-20171116-story.html
  2. I am a chef and !@#$ing hate ranch dressing and ketchup! Whatever tasty dish you made ends up tasting like ranch or ketchup. It is killing the American palate. Give me hot sauce. Fish sauce. Soy sauce. Salsa. Tahini. Tartar. Aioli. Harrisa. Etc. !@#$ your ranch dressing and ketchup. And as the vast majority of you know, it is blaspheme to put ranch dressing on chicken wings. Blue cheese dressing mother!@#$ers!
  3. I saw a great SOD cover band a couple weeks ago. It was an awesome show!
  4. My Packers friend thinks they will keep Jordy and cut Cobb
  5. We have to sign an established QB in free agency before draft. Otherwise we come across as desperate and it would be a sellers market
  6. then lets see what they offer if we trade up and draft him
  7. Absolutely. I am down for filling most every need with free agency before the draft. Then all options are on table draft day
  8. Mayfield is the guy I want, if we trade up.
  9. Question #1 - yes I am generally very happy. Funny one street I lived on in West Seneca was Gay St. I went back to visit and they changed the name. LOL . If God never intended man to eat kitty, he wouldn't have shaped it like a taco Question #2- nyet
  10. Bills sign RB Chris Ivory (2 years, $5.5 million; $3.25 million guaranteed): D Grade The Bills sure love their old, slow, plodding running backs. They kept Mike Tolbert over Jonathan Williams last year, and now they're making a very slight upgrade over Tolbert with Ivory. Ivory is a sub-par backup, and I don't like that he's getting this much guaranteed money. He's not a good player, failing to average four yards per carry in the past two seasons. His YPC was just 3.4 in 2017, and he's turning 30 in a couple of weeks. There were much better options out there this offseason.
  11. I agree. Or move him inside to guard. Most NFL teams had Glenn projected as G when he was drafted. Cordy, Dawkins, and Richie are solid. I have faith in Groy. We need a backup C and could use upgrade at G or T- whichever position Cordy is not playing. Starting tackles get paid. If Cordy is healthy, that is very fair value
  12. Shakedown Street is a good time. And I like song too. Disco Dead
  13. Rams D will be fun to watch. Dial it up Wade
  14. Have Van Halen set up by his hot tub
  15. I would take Newton over Funchess- that was mistype. and like I stated TY over Luck due to health. A healthy Luck over TY every time
  16. Derek Henry is looking good for keeper leagues
  17. Sure. It taught me that is cost the Eagles the 8th overall pick, a 3rd, 4th, 2018 1st, and 2019 2 to move up 6 spots to draft Wentz. It taught me the Bears traded the #3 pick, 3rd, 4th and 2018 3rd to move up one spot to #2 for Trubisky. It taught me the Rams traded the 15th pick, two 2nds, a 3rd, 2017 first and third for #1 Goff. Just like Beane, I like draft picks. That is an awful lot of compensation to move up. You better not miss. Otherwise you set your team back 5 years or so. And even if you get lucky and draft a good one, you better hope he doesn't get injured. Not to mention your salary cap
  18. For me, I take the WR every time except Brees. Everyone of those wideouts can take the top off the defense(except MT) and 6 of those will win 50/50 balls. The Bills offense lacked both last season. Give Tyrod a true #1 and our offense would be much better
  19. Would you rather have AJ Green or Andy Dalton? Big Ben or Antonio Brown? Matt Ryan or Julio Jones? Odell or Eli? Mike Evans or Winston? Tyreek Hill or Alex Smith? Michael Thomas or Drew Brees?
  20. unless you are ripping the team down to foundation and building up, and are 100% committed to tanking, I would always build a team to win that year, and especially in the future
  21. The Vikes are so stacked with talent that it does not matter if Sam Bradford, Case Keenum or Teddy Bridgewater start for them. They also have $47 million in cap room. I would like to see the Bills this stacked. And if Buffalo keeps all it's picks, drafts Lamar at 21, and then fix oline, dline, linebackers wr with 1, 2, 2, 3, 5, and 5, a qb battle between Tyrod, Lamar, and Peterman- I am down!
  22. Thats the case for stockpiling draft picks. Free agent OL, WR, DT- they are about to get huge paydays that will mess up teams caps. That is one way to build. Or you could hit on mid round picks like the Vikes and have quality starters on 4 year mid round contracts. Then when they leave, you get compensatory picks. Stockpile picks. Repeat
