  1. i see that now for 12/6--sold out of economy. This one flight isn't a big deal--there are tons of options to all LA area airports from Buffalo with short connections that have a total travel time within 2 hours of the direct. Very cheap too
  2. you need a program to figure out who's who in this story. who runs phone dead frequently enough to have to use your kids' phones to send messages to your BF?? if you're hanging with the kids, you would charge your phone... And once you delete a text on a phone it gets deleted from icloud with next phone update. also, if the kid has the phone, that text pops up, he's looking at that picture.
  3. "very well spoken"....hmmmm anyway, based on their off season acquisitions, the FO isn't clearly focusing on Shakir being the "big hope this season for the passing game"...
  4. Without?? List all of the "high priced receivers" Josh has had other than The Helmet Tossing, Sideline Shouting Predictable Bad Ending Diggs? How will we ever know if players were copping to giving 110% in postgame interviews, or what Howard Milstein was up to buying all that property in Niagara Falls (to buy and put the Bills there of course!)??
  5. When is the Week 14 BUF-LA flight offered? I see no direct flights on SW 7th or 8th, in fact, looks like only JB flies out of KBUF direct to KLAX
  6. "Notably, the UFL did decidedly worse than the XFL’s five-week 2020 reboot. Perhaps aided by curiosity after the league was dormant for 19 years, the XFL saw an eye-popping average of 1.9 million viewers per regular season game before being forced to cease operations and file for bankruptcy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The UFL’s best rating for the 2024 season came in the Week 1 matchup between the St. Louis Battlehawks and Michigan Panthers on ABC. It averaged 1.3 million viewers." "The UFL’s first regular season has come to a close, and the spring football league did an exceptional average rating of 816,000 people across its 40 regular season games, according to Sports Business Journal. In 2023, the XFL and USFL, two leagues merging to form the UFL, averaged 622,000 and 601,000 regular season viewers, respectively." 622,000+601,000>816,000 Best effort--week 1: one game at 1.3 million. By the end of the season, for week 10, the average was down to 784,000 (compare again to seasons averages 1.23 million for USFL/XFL 2023).
  7. not last week. Viewers trending down means “they had more than last year so fewer viewers each week this year means the numbers of new viewers is increasing!” I kind of like that! Why not?
  8. where did those new viewers go as the season has entered its last weeks? are they now no-longer-interested old viewers? if you are no longer viewing, can you still be considered a viewer?
  9. they started with more viewers, true. it’s a new league. But when viewership declines, that’s by definition an inability to not only maintain viewers but add new ones. simple as that.
  10. viewership went down during the season, meaning they were losing viewers....new and old.
  11. '18 Brady: won the SB '20 Mahomes: loses to Brady (MVP) in SB '22 Mahomes and Brady: Mahomes wins SB (MVP). He would win SB and repeat MVP 2023 that's some curse. when will afflict Josh?
  12. He's the messenger. He can't tell the owners ("The NFL") where their teams are going to play. I'm sure he's all in on the company making all the money it can--and they pay him an insane amount of money to deliver their decisions to the public. They pay him all that money to be the smiling face of the league always pelted with a chorus of boos---so they don't have to deal with that.
  13. I honestly love sushi. I don't eat gas station sushi. fixed. Anyway, the ratings dropped again this past weekend. They can't get new viewers to tune in, which is how all these leagues die.
  14. There is no mention of "gangs" in the reason the NFL (per Jacobs) said to avoid green--the reason is clearly mentioned in the article. As others pointed out, the Brazilian team wears green. This is only a story because of Josh Jacobs fever dream s of armored vehicles, etc. And it's always a treat to see people blame this on Goodell--even though it clearly isn't his decision to put teams out of the country for NFL games. To such posters, Terry, Jerry and the rest say: "oh bless your little heart!".
  15. he went 5th---right at 22 where the Bills could have had him. We've come full circle.
  16. Remember when CTE was going to "break the NFL"? And then it was the move out of St Louis and the subsequent lawsuit to the city? it's a strange suit. What are the damages for the NFL selling access to its proprietary product to willing consumers who understand the price and pay it? Individual teams cannot broadcast their games to fans through a regional sports network (or their own network)--so why is this suit claiming otherwise? Also, screaming "antitrust" at the NFL has never gotten anyone anywhere, because their status is protected by law.
  17. Sticking B-list college programs in there is pointless. Are Arkansas fans miserable? Texas AM? Rutgers? ASU??? lol come on. who would even know or care?
  18. Jefferson was not a HOFer in 2020
  19. I provided several mocks from where I got 5-8th. pretty simple. as I already covered, the aggregators had a 10% rate of him going there. he went 5th, so not sure what you're talking about at this point. He was there at 22, there's nothing else to argue.
  20. Beane has a 1 year contract ready in the waiting room..
  21. Maybe he should take his home buying advice from Tyrod Taylor ...
