  2. Flutie should have started that Titans game.
  3. who in the Bears organization is fit to judge the leadership skills of anyone? That ownership is a freak show.

  9. No. I looked. the facts will sink that Chief of Department. The whole department knew what this guy was up to. Multiple others have come forward as well. OT for sex.
  10. lol zing! those were all bad choices at the time. That franchise has screwed up the WB spot like few others have recently. No one was developed into anything because they weren’t any good. The Wilson pick was bad. The Fields signing was icing on the moron cake for that FO. Tomlin owes everything he has to Big Ben. Tall about coattails—he’s still riding them, yet there’s no coat.
  11. HC puts together his grocery/wish list. GM goes shopping. There isn't a HC in the league that does not have a significant hand in putting together a roster. Since Big Ben left, Steelers have drafted Pickett, Rudolph, Josh Dobbs, as well as signed Trubisky, Fields, and Wilson. I'm pretty sure any casual fan would know this is not what you do when formulating a succession plan for a franchise QB. The one constant through all of that is Tomlin. He has screwed up the QB spot every second since before the HOF QB he was gifted retired---none of that is for lack of "luck". Tomlin is coasting, comfortable in the knowledge that old man Rooney will never fire him. That was 14 years ago....3-8 since--including 4 one and dones in a row (about to be 5th).
  12. Some of that maybe. But there is no shortage of NFL fans who can spring for $7000 seats. Mardi Gras is a month later.
  13. that ownership is a mess.
  14. exactly, with a once in a lifetime player like Josh, real fans should just not have any significant expectations at all.
  15. what's that got to do with the OP's topic? Players get injured. Not something for factoring into contract length--unless the player has a significant history and is near end of career..
  16. Just go stand in front of the Sears on Main Street and watch the TVs in the window.
  17. Diggs's situation is that he is injured on IR....
  18. the SB is its own huge draw--hence the minimum of $7000...
  19. wow you can get in for $140. that's nuts.
  20. They charge you extra to enter this mummy room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
  21. Simple...Mayo knew he was gone before the game so he ignored the script and left a big F-U to Kraft on the way out.
  22. already too late---minimum price of admission is $7000+. plenty of cheap rooms available though if you want to just be "Super Bowl adjacent"...
  23. Exactly. He laminated Reid's play sheet for him. See above. Nagy, Bienemy, Pederson.....hard pass.
  24. that's every MetLife ticket after Thanksgiving
