RBs average 3 yards a carry with a bad OL. I dont care how good they are. Spiller is no better than Reggie Bush. I dont want him.

RBs are worthless in this league. The running game is about a QB reading the D and the OL executing their blocks. Guys like Chris Johnson have a great year but they disappear soon after. This guy could be more than adequate with a real OL and Offense

Trade a late pick for Campbell, then draft Clausen/Tebow/Brown and let Campbell be a tackling dumby for 2-3 years while we build the OL and train the rook.

Hnagartner was the worst rated C in terms of pass blocking - according to some stat website which was in a thread a while back (the thread had Peters like 8th worst in terms of LTs). The worst in the entire league, 32/32. Im not sure how that leads you to believe he was good. He wasnt much better run blocking either.

I am only 22 so dont remember too much of those days, but I have the comback game on DVD and have been watching a lot of the SB games on the NFLN. From watching the comback game and the Giants SB game - we played more 4-3 than 3-4. C. Bennet was lined up at LDE. Thats only two games but I was suprised to see the 3-4 so much. How oftern were they really in a 3-4? I am just curious...

FACT: Hangartner does not count as a decent starter. Decent implies at least above average, which Hangartner is most certainly not.

Im still not sold on Maybin. I could get up to 256 but I wouldnt be a great NFL OLB. Its more about leverage and technique and power. Until he figures that out he wont make an impact.

Casserly did a segment on NFLN were he stated that MULTIPLE NFL scouts had him as a 1st round grade. He said one scouts team had him rated higher than Okung. However no scouts he talked to had him in round one on thei board bc of the off field stuff. IMO, how can you not take this guy in round 2? So he is a perv and had consensual sex with his sister when he was 16. I dont really care about that because I want to win football games. Take him at 41 because he wont last until 73.

Yea, Shanahan is going to take RB 4th overall Its Okung or Clausen for the Skins, nothing else will get consideration unless they dont have that choice. PS Seymour dominated at 3-4 DE and was a cornerstone of multiple SB winning defenses

Swap firsts. Swap seconds also if need be. Avoid loosing picks in this draft at all cost. I guess 5th rounders on dont have much value, but keeping at least 3 picks in the first three rounds is very crucial IMO.

I think (hope) he makes it to our third round pick. Nelson is good but has a much different skill set than this kid. Both on the field for us would be ideal.

I dont believe it one bit. That team has ZERO idea of who will be there at 8 come April 22nd. No one is going to trade up to have no idea who they could potentially draft. They may be thinking it, but wont do it till AFTER the 7th pick is selected.

Thats my vote. It has been reported via NFLN that many scouts have him talent wise as a 1st round LT - one scout said he had him rated higher than Okung. They also reported those teams did not have him rated as a 1st round prospect because of his sex offender label. I cant imagine who could fall to 42 and have greater value at a position of need - even if Bulaga/Pkung falls to us in round 1 and is our pick. Green is not the long term answer.

I wouldnt. Many times the second guy drafted at a position has a better career than the first.
