I think the last two sentences are the most important in the whole piece. Hes not totally off base with what he says, he just focuses too much on needs and measurables. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The draft is subjective.

Ohhhh yeah! I loved AC when we drafted him and always thought he had the potential to be a dominant "5 technique". This would be awesome if it happens. I think people are over estimating our d-line depth. He would be great as inside-rusher or a 5 in a 3-4 look. Do it Doug!

Yeah, it was tough for me to get my head around but after thinking about it, it really does make sense. People think Kiko is going to bounce back from back to back knee surgeries and be the same player he was at his very best last year. Look at Brian Cushing, not the same player. Pretty ballsy for the Eagles to trade for a guy with one NFL season on his resume. Dont think this will be the last thing to shock us.

Well done. I have a lot of the same questions. I tend to believe DD is the more accurate Doug, just based on who it is saying these thing about him and the way he acts with the media. Also, his coaching has never impressed me. DD is alive and well.

Predictable

Right..... Could have dived at Foster before the sticks, given the ball back to EJ with 4 minutes to go and we win the game and EJ is still our starting qb. Maybe not... but that was one of the most frustrating plays I could remember in a few seasons. Goes along with the Tuel pick 6 to Sean Smith. I only heard AW talk about it. Inexcusable for a vet guy. I am sure Schwartz gave him the business in the film room.

N=I normally do not like this guy, but Cris Colinsworth was on the DP show and said he was really impressed by Kyle Orton last year in Dallas. He is not like a normal back-up and has a great feel for the game. Thought it was worth mentioning. I think he has a better arm than a lot of people realize, maybe not early on in his career, but it has gotten stronger. Heres to a productive week 5...

Richarson and Pears were both horrid in the first half. Wood was not much better. The gameplan for watt should have been a lot better. I am in EJs corner. Any qb with that line play today would have failed. He needs to do things better, but the offensive line was the real shame today.. and the recievers attitude.
