He probably would have been solidified on the roster if he could stay healthy. He has flashed potential each preseason. Let’s see how Crowder plays the next couple of games, it could come down to those two for the last spot.

Bryant is this years Zimmer for me.

Does LB Baylon Spector make the Bills final 53?

I like the idea, not sure Beane and McD will pull the trigger. I also could see Blackshear replacing Jones for teams/emergency RB. Every penny counts. -

Yea, it seemed odd to me as well. -

Elam’s strength is man coverage. That showed tonight. Benford has good experience playing zone from college. Both will play a role this year it looks like. -

Yes, he is replaces Tyler Matakevich next year on a much better salary. I think Spector plays the first 6 games this year for Smith and if he is doing well, the Bills have a tough decision to make. -

Beside the pick play, in which Tasker made it out to seem Elam was responsible for the blown coverage, what other plays was Elam late on or out of position? -
Nice play by the rook

Ideas for development around new stadium
atlbillsfan1975 replied to mjd1001's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem with putting anything around the stadium has to do with where the stadium is located. Who is going to drive out to Orchard Park when the Bills aren’t playing? Limits possibilities for anything. This was the major Con to building the stadium in Orchard Park -
Seahawks sign Metcalf to 3 yr 72 million extension
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall
I like Davis, he might be one of my favorite Bills. Seems like a humble guy with a very healthy approach to life. I’d love for Davis to get 1300 yards and 15 TD’s. He has had two very similar seasons so far, outside of the KC playoff game. Like all of us, I hope year three and being WR2 means Davis receives increased opportunity and makes the most of it. My initial post was responding to someone saying DK set the floor for Davis. Right now that’s not the case at all. -
Seahawks sign Metcalf to 3 yr 72 million extension

Davis will need to have a good couple of seasons for DK’s contract to enter into the discussion during negotiations. -
Not really. Julio is always hurt. He was barely ever able to practice his last few years in Atlanta because of injuries. It didn’t impact his play as much because he and Matt Ryan had good a well established connection. When it began spilling over to missing games, he was traded to Tenn. I put the over under at 9 games he plays in for Tampa.

Jeesh, that’s some serious vitriol. Did Joe do something to you?

OT: Belichick says that Mac's improvement is "dramatic"
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
When Jones was called upon to win games last year, he could not. Jones has an average, at best arm. NE isn't doing him any favors with talent at WR or coaching. McDaniels is arguably a top 5 OC, as much as I do not like the way he presents himself I have to admit that, now who is he play caller and designer of the offense? If NE was any other franchise everyone would be raising eyebrows at how things are unfolding in Foxboro, because it is Belichick, he gets a pass. Let's see how much longer that is the case after they miss the playoffs again. -
I wonder if more levels is how they plan to get fans closer to the action. Higher up but not so far back?

Couldn’t happen to a better organization. This shows the difference between the Bills and Chiefs FO. Bills traded a similar pick for a WR and got a deal done before it became a problem. This is a problem that is not fixed by sliding your LG to LT. Then you have a lesser player at two spots. Stick to your guns Big Man, someone will pay you and don’t play for the tag, you are better than that.

I’m here for some of the “draft experts” on this board to tell me how Belichick is a good evaluator of talent. He got lucky with Brady. Tom made Belichick who he is.

Dinner Party: Two Bills and One Actor

Good call on McConaughey, just listened to his book on Audible with him narrating, very entertaining. -
Kumerow cut, re-signed, according to Profootballtalk
atlbillsfan1975 replied to The Dean's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed, the timing is a little odd. The team now has a decent assessment of what talent they have in the WR room more so than any other position due to the nature of OTA’s. Not sure really what this transaction signifies. -
McKissinc changes mind, returning to Washington
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
He looks really little, maybe it’s just the no pads, also he will be 29 in August. Cook has played everywhere on the field: running back, slot, and out wide. -
Ex - Bronco Brendan Langley in airport brawl

Not good it came to physical violence. On a lighter note, I thought for a second he knocked the airline worker onto the luggage belt and we were going to see him roll away.
