No I'm seeing multiple replies from Max's actual twitter account in screenshots, that are now deleted. So I think they WERE real replies (from Max) but he deleted them quickly - so they can't be found on his page any longer. My hope at least.

Sure its possible, but I am not one to get into doom and gloom until we cross that bridge. At his age, and within the time frame he certainly can be back by end of next year and be fine. No reason to think otherwise at this point so why go there?

Some of the best players to ever play the game sat out their first year and watched from the bench. Injuries are never good but at least he will have a full year of mental reps on the sideline

Right, but by the same token, most players are not the same their first year back from an ACL tear. Especially when we're talking about a guy whose calling card is his speed/twitch. It's possible -- not certain, but possible -- that we're looking at Hairston not contributing in a major, high level way until year three of his rookie contract.

Exactly, nothing is confirmed. Its all just speculation. May be accurate but its not confirmed at all.

He will have a full 12 months to heal to get back to pre season (assuming ACL tear). That will give him more than enough time to be ready late next year. Most people that have that happen during the season, usually have that 12 month period when they come back to be in that next season. Wouldnt be the case here.

I've been hearing that source is not the best most reliable source. Likely will get more reliable information soon. Hopefully they are mistaken.
