KC beat the Lions at home only with big help from the refs; they should have lost that game. Then the beat the Raiders (wow) and the Commanders without Daniels. I don't see a juggernaut. But neither do I see lesser team than last year. It's the Bills that have changed. Their defense has gotten a lot weaker, and the passing game is positively alarming, no sugarcoating that. On the other hand, the newcomers on D and McDermott helping to call plays might be enough to overhaul the defense, and maybe Cook and the run game will provide enough offense. I say that last part with much less confidence. The Patriots and Falcons showed the league how to stop the Bills: stack the box and blitz Allen like crazy. With this receiving crew, that's just printing money. I really thought Brady and Allen would have it figured out after the bye, but the Panthers game showed they haven't, at least not yet. I will be surprised and delighted if they win. But with the shell of Allen we've been seeing and Brady calling plays, I think there's a greater chance they'll be embarrassed. Maybe that's a good thing. Like others, I'm tired of them beating the Chiefs in the regular season and losing in the playoffs. Maybe it'll be the reverse this year.

Not a big fan of the pistol, personally. Sure, it may be better for running the ball than shotgun but I don’t think you get anywhere near the benefit in the running game as when the QB is under center.

And that's why most college quarterbacks never adjust to the NFL game because it's a complete shotgun spread in college You can count on two hands the amount of teams that are playing pro style football under center consistently It's a massive learning curve to the NFL.. even when you went three or four wide 25 years ago in the NFL a lot of teams were doing it under center not shotgun I can't believe a 7th grade team is going heavy shotgun? Are they throwing the ball consistently or just read options

The receivers are bad. Coleman, Shavers, Moore, Samuel??? Come on. These are 3rd and 4th string NFL WRs at best, but for the Bills they are #1 and #2s. The only good WR they have available is Shakir and he is producing.

I agree about Allen. Playing KC brings the best out of him. Unfortunately, playing Bills also brings the best out of Mahomes. Hoping for a good competitive game.

Chiefs look like a juggernaut at this moment in time and we can barely compete a forward pass. Im not optimistic, but have a strange feeling it clicks.. because it’s KC.. and that will get Josh out of his slump and ignite something.. anything.. in this passing game. A loss doesn’t concern me in regards to the one seed if we play well but lose a close one as I don’t believe in Indy yet and we’d have the same loss column as KC, but I’ll start to get concerned that NE might take the division as their schedule is just so easy and they don’t look like they have any intention of fumbling the layups.

Problem is that with him and Bishop out there, there is no one that can cover anyone in man. They tried with Bishop a few times and he got roasted.

Maybe. But they also know if the Bills lose because they can’t get the passing game going they’ll be desperate and willing to overpay for marginal assets.
