  1. Past hour
  2. It honestly feels like everytime we get a key piece on the defense figured out they get injured.
  3. The ball was at the 38 yard line. When was the last time you saw a team on their own 38 with a 2 point or 1 point lead risk immediately putting a team in FG range with about 1 1/2 minutes left on the clock needing 3 yards for a 1st down? If you can find one where the team went for 3 yards at that point of the game & succeeded, let me know. The only coach I've seen do stuff like that was Staley with the LA Chargers & stuff like that got him fired.
  4. I don’t wanna get into speculation, particularly when there is a victim to be mourned. But I will say that something about this strikes me as very strange and certainly very deliberate, if not professional. Thomas Crooks and Sirhan this is not. My guess is two tiered economy.
  5. That does not include retirees or stay at home parents. That completely changes that data....you know that right? I posted a link to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, directly from the government, but it goes against your narrative. Okay here. Released just a few days ago with the same data. https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/empsit.pdf "Total nonfarm payroll employment changed little in August (+22,000) and has shown little change since April, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported today. The unemployment rate, at 4.3 percent, also changed little in August. A job gain in health care was" Again, this doesn't include retirees and stay at home parents or other reasons why they aren't working. Roughly 16% of Americans are retired and don't work. There are 11 million stay at home parents. That would be a significant shift in data and you're not going to acknowledge it. This is going to take some time to get him.
  6. Never mean spirited. Never filled with hate. He never called Democrats Nazis. Or Biden Hitler. He never ever showed a disdain for half the country. A better man than me for that alone, by just 31 years old he articulated conservative family values and reached the youth of America in ways no conservative had ever done. He did it coming of age in his teens and 20s during the most polarizing of periods in American history where meanness and hate dominate the internet and public square. He chose winning over hearts and minds with ideas using a Socratic style that resonated. To say he was a happy warrior is an understatement. The impact he’s had is truly profound. For this he was killed. Many conservatives in mourning Rush Limbaugh knew there was never going to be another like him. What they might have missed was Rush spawned a generation of influencers and thinkers that not only could carry the torch - but do so in a way that would reach people not even Rush could. And somewhere in this country are millions of teens that want to be the next Charlie Kirk - maybe not the influencer - but the father to his family. Like Rush, there won’t be another like Charlie Kirk. But there will be someone just as significant if not even more so, and they will be because he showed us how to do it - by just the young age of 31. And it’s a simple message. It resonates with people. The truth. RIP Charlie Kirk

  7. BACK TO THE CHARLIE KIRK THREAD.
  8. isn't Hailee tickling josh's balls enough?
  9. Is a possibility, my family has race horses and ive seen that happen
  10. Damn Parrino. Can't he ever have good news? Why can't he ever just pop on and say "Yo dudes, it's pretzel day"
  11. Hey, he likes to wake up to the smell of bacon in the morning. Can we blame him?
  12. That was my first thought when I read he seemed ok at practice yesterday. Been there, done that.
  13. Agreed. I've also had some great food in unexpected places. Whenever I go to Buffalo, I try to hit a few of these regional specialties: Wings, Pizza, Pierogi, Beef-on-Weck, and sponge candy. And much to our surprise, we once found excellent Indian food in Buffalo. And, btw, Geoffrey Zakarian, celebrity chef, is a huge fan of the Beef-on-Weck at Charlie the Butcher in Buffalo. If you don't mind me asking, what Michelin-starred restaurant did you run?
  14. There was a thread in this week or two ago. The correspondence here is to have money for low level roster moves due to injury, paying the PS guys and being under the cap.
  15. Grandpa seems to be alive and well. Nice own goal.
  16. Stepped on by a horse probably.
  17. More defensive injuries…great.
  18. Personally I consider this to be unwelcome news.
  19. He has an issue with an ankle rehab situation and this is why teams are staying away.
  20. Hello everyone, Matt here. Bills injury news as Ed Oliver was in a walking boot in the locker room and needed a scooter to get around. The team held a walk through today so the injury report is more of an estimation but this is a significant development on the heels of Oliver's dominant performance against the Ravens. Oliver did an interview after practice yesterday where he spoke about the nature of the practice as the Bills were in pads. When asked about the defense's struggles last week, Sean McDermott said on Wednesday that the week of practices needed to be hard.
