Training Camp News - Around the League version

Yea this kid is a moron -
Maybe Trent, they’re sort of opposites. EJ and JP were definitely not better. Btw, to be clear, I’m in no way arguing that Peterson was ever even capable of playing NFL football just that the rest of the list was also incapable. At least Nate let it rip and made some plays.

He had no vision

He said rational. No, no rational person takes it seriously.
-
Excuse me, but no way. JP Losman and even "Tentative Trent" Edwards were light-years better than Peterman. EJ Manuel was marginally better.
-
So for now you are suggesting no one in the US takes 51 as a serious position.

Since 2000 the best qb we drafted other than Josh was Nathan Peterman. So there is that… here’s the list: https://thelistwire.usatoday.com/story/sports/2025/01/19/quarterbacks-buffalo-bills-2024-nfl-draft-josh-allen/77832309007/ insane

I had a sign today from the football Gods

i understand. I'd have done the same thing. By the way, we do put stuffed animals in the cages of singleton kittens at the rescue so that they can cuddle up to something. It makes a huge difference. -
There's nothing wrong with being like Tony Dungy, who happens to have as many Super Bowl wins as that turd Gruden. If Royale With Cheese hadn't hit so close to the truth, you and your pal Buffalo Boy wouldn't be so angry about it. Of course, GoBills808 has shown his colors throughout this thread -- and numerous others.

Quarterbacks have lower production outdoors than indoors. He had 3 games where he caught less than 67% of his targets: September 15th, Carolina: 78 degrees and sunny with 13 mph wind September 22nd, Pittsburgh: 72 degrees and sunny with 2 mph wind October 13th, Denver: 65 degrees and sunny with 7 mph wind Somehow I don’t think the elements or his hand size or his zodiac sign or whatever had any sort of correlation to his catch percentage. He’s a stud in Los Angeles, and he’d have been a stud in Dallas or Buffalo or anywhere else.

Lynch had incidents at both Cal and after he played for Seattle.

She was funny RIP

We need a defense that can stop KC in the playoffs.

I would say “Welcome home, Neighbour!”. Then I would tell you not to touch my stuff. -
Marshawn Lynch was a bad driver That move was to save lives
-
We became enamored of "can't miss" skill position guys while neglecting the lines. Typical trap for poorly-run NFL teams.
-
Yeah, the Bills are taking the drama away from the cameras. Also remember hearing how Allen shooed the cameras away when they tried to approach Hairston just after his injury. Is this the first Hard Knocks that won’t show players getting released? Maybe the team was hopeful HBO would move off of them when they put these parameters in place, but for our benefit they didn’t walk.
-
Yeah, I thought about this. Sure, Marshawn was on his way out and traded 6 months after the Spiller draft pick… when every franchise knew we would move him, thus tanking his value. How about this, though? Fred Jackson signed a 4 year contract extension the year before Spiller was drafted (2009) and looked great. Even if we were calling Marshawn irrelevant, using the #9 pick on an RB when you just gave a big extension to another good RB is dumpster fire franchise mentality.

After midnight, we're going to let it all hang down After midnight, we're going to chug-a-lug and shout We're going to stimulate some action We're going to get some satisfaction We're going to find out what it is all about After midnight, we're going to let it all hang down
