  1. Past hour
  2. bud...i've never said anything like that. i'm not somone who comment on the evil media ever. let me explain that posobiec comment. for day was all watched poster justify that kimmel being off the air wasn't about trump, but was rather about ratings. He was losing money, he didn't have the viewship, etc, but it certainly wasn't due to the president, (the fact that our president is sparing with a late night host is ***** wild to begin with). well, as it became pretty apparent that trump was involved, you bailed on first excuse, and went to the next excuse that it was all a liberal conspiracy in the first place. do you not see the mental gymnastics there? instead of sitting back and just realizing it was more than likely due to trump, you'll defend every criticism with the greatest boogie man you have...the left!! that was my only point. people have shut of any ration thought and just blindly go with their side.
  3. LOL. I agree that the reinforcements on defense will help. At the very least, the prospect of them returning en masse will make Beane very reluctant to give up assets for help at CB and DL. Plus, it's too early for any kind of trade, since it's not clear yet that the team weaknesses will stay weaknesses. For example, Bishop might still develop, Hancock might be a revelation for all we know, and Strong is already showing promise. For the time being, if I'm McBeane, I'd be watching Ray Davis closely and keeping an eye on the practice squads around the league. I love Ty as a third-down back (or at least I did last year, when he wasn't dropping passes), but I'm with those who want a change of pace bruiser to keep Cook healthy and close out games, and the slimmed-down Davis is not appear to fit that bill anymore. RB is about the only position where you might find real talent on a practice squad, a player that can play now and make an impact.
  4. Not to be coy... but they need to be better than 32 in the league against the run and 29th in the league in pass pressure... they need to clean up some drops by WRs and figure out if Coleman is a true 1... and they better have a plan at RB for Cook because Ray Davis does not look good. In short, however they do that I dont care... but I do not think it involves trading and bringing in new mid range players... to me for better or worse this is the team and improvement mostly needs to come from within... Hoecht, Ogunjobi, Hairston, maybe even a Gabe who knows... now there may be a move or two out there that falls into our laps... but at 3-0 I am not looking to trade and retool this roster... But I think if there are significant solutions they pretty much on the team already... I do feel like I have seen some improvement out of Bishop, but Poyer needs to be ready because Rapp is a menace to himself and others...
  5. There is a Toronto thread recently where a lot of this is discussed... But in my opinion, no, it wouldn't kill any of the Bills' fanbase. There are like a trillion people in Toronto. There is enough to support 2 teams. The pricing will be a lot, it would be corporate. In my opinion, most of the southern ontario Bills fans would remain Bills as a counterculture. Furthermore, I believe a Toronto team would spark excessive interest in the NFL (and there are many cultures there too and new pockets of fans). There is only so much 1 team can have as capacity for suites and all that. I could see Buffalo getting run-off from that at cheaper, more accessible prices.
  6. There is no right answer here. Someone is taking an L. I would prefer it to be the home team for pyschological reasons.
  7. Yes, they pulled Kimmel in the first place. Luckily there seem to be some sane liberal voices left
  8. I really dislike the Lamar vs Josh discourse leading up to every H2H match up. They are both generational talents. Can't we just leave it there?
  9. On the flipside I don't expect the Browns to pull off 2 major upsets in back to back weeks
  10. It is tough but I think it is better if the Ravens win. I'd really prefer them to be the 2 or 3 versus the potential of having to play them in the divisional round.
  11. We are going to be at he quarter pole of the season after this weekend. Unless there is an injury, I don’t see any way McD brings in someone new to the system. We’ve all given Bishop the excuse that this defense is incredibly complex and takes 2 years to get comfortable in so how are we going to bring in a guy after 4 games and think he’s going to work out?
  12. That was my primary issue... they were gonna get him killed and he would go to the locker room like Denis the goalie from slapshot kicking and screaming with some form of pass rush PTSD lol
  13. That would be the only way there is anything in the works, the CFL doesn’t make enough to pay a starting QB in the NFL with all of their revenue combined, there is no threat/competative reason for the NFL to care about the CFL.
  14. If it’s not Christian fundamentalism then it’s radical leftism. What a moronic way to look at the world. Good luck.
  15. That was a dreadful OL they put Allen behind. I was worried he’d get injured or otherwise ruined because of it. So I was pretty much in the same boat as you. Still, I think we got lucky that didn’t happen.
  16. If he wants to win and be used correctly, he’s not going to that dumpster fire.
  17. I’m curious if Schoen gets canned after Daboll inevitably does. I can see Schoen back in Buffalo, zero chance Dabs ends up back here.
  18. A Toronto team would kill a lot of the Bills fan base I’m assuming ? I’m not sure the amount of Canadian fans the Bills have but I’m assuming it’s a pretty large group.
  19. Thanks for the review OP. I was genuinely curious if those things were any good. Looks tasty but I know with things like that it's more so about the marketing and the product usually ends up falling short. I might pick one up to try for myself but will probably be sticking with my Wegmans chocolate chip cookies
  20. Oh I sort of like that name 🤔
  21. I'm thinking he's heading to Miami. They are in desperate need of backend help.
  22. Missing in all these well thought out responses is any mention of the OPs citing that the CFL’s end zones will be changed to be ‘closer’ to the size of the NFL’s. Exactly what size will they be? Maybe something like 15.6943 yards deep? What does that work out to in meters?
