  1. Past hour
  2. There is no reason we shouldnt be looking into trying to get this done. It would be like adding a high character diggs, but Josh is now at MVP level without him. I am not sure how willing Washington would be to actually move on from him so it is probably for nothing. Is this the same FO for Wash that screwed over Beane with McKissic? Maybe there is some hesitancy there due to that
  3. Understood. I guess the way I am looking at it, is that the 2026 WR class isn’t very good. 2027 is too far off. Even if you get one in 2026, what are the odds that you get McLaurin-level production early? 5%? 10%? He had 1100 yards and 13 TDs. I don’t care about picks or cost, if I get 2 extra years of a guy, that’s definitely a number 1, vs. one I hope becomes a number 1 in 2 or 3 years. This is the Bills best Super Bowl chance (maybe) ever. They are literally the betting favorite in all 17 games. If you were to add McLaurin, even if it cost you your late 1st, you win no less than 12 or 13 games and potentially all of them. You’re probably looking at homefield throughout. I wouldn be firing all of my bullets now.
  4. Yeah, we know about Cleveland. 😜 By the way @YoloinOhio Columbus is confirmed as a new UFL city. An as of yet determined team will relocate there https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2025/07/31/ufl-columbus-franchise-relocation-updates/85448517007/
  5. Yep. Why not begrudge a billionaire who will pay $22m but not $33m? dOeSnT hE wAnT hIs tEaM tO wIn?
  6. Hoax. Starting to heat up? Last week you said it was rampant. I guess rampant has been redefined to mean “increase very slowly”. Hoax. Hoax.
  7. I never said I didn’t want Terry. But to clarify my preference would be to add a younger #1 guy
  8. This trend has been happening for years. Now… Government spending slashed, federal jobs cut, and illegals self deporting or getting deported. We’re resetting. Also - Powell was aware of this and still didn’t cut. So we’re all good, right Jerome?
  9. So Dude finally has an elite QB and wants to skip out ?
  10. This story went from totally verified and evidence was seen by the press, then to all reasonable conclusions, then to preponderance, then to some strong evidence, then to never any evidence, now to it was all made up from the start. That is quite the path for anyone to defend.
  11. We’re getting closer…go Bills!
  12. For his/her/their mental health. When the hiatus was over, he/she/they came back in a dipping the toe in the water fashion. Nothing interesting or useful but restrained. Yesterday I actually felt sorry for him/her/them. Emotional issues running in overdrive. Annoying for sure but also sad.
  13. I hear you about room for Funko Pops, me and the wife have just over 300 and we've kinda stopped getting anything new unless we find one that we can put out during the holidays.
  14. Political candidates make a lot of promises. Few are kept. Trump said he'd better handle the economy. He didn't say he'd alienate our trading partners. Biden said he'd unify the country. He didn't campaign on letting in 12 million illegals and shifting resources targeted for helping Americans. Trump is right about the need for the Fed to lower rates but his constant berating of Powell painted the guy into a corner. After getting dressed down in public he'd look like a complete tool If he cut rates. These policy decisions should not be public theater but rather done in an official setting. In September there will be a Fed meeting and a rate cut. I'm guessing 50 points rather than the current expectation of 25 points. But it will be too late to avoid a downturn and a stock market drop. If it doesn't happen before that. That's when the money printing, QE and yield curve control enter the debt markets. The July job numbers show the employment situation is deteriorating and add in downward revisions for May and June and the numbers are ugly. Saddle up cowboys. We're all in for a rough and unavoidable ride. For a clue, watch Japan or perhaps Europe dive into a recession first. Its no different this time. Economic cycles start and end. We're close to the end of this one. Time to deal with reality and not the fantasy world of political conflict.
  15. My hobby is being a dad. I've got 5 kids. I'm blessed to be retired at 43 and coach most of my kids sports teams. My number 1 passion behind the Bills is turkey hunting.
  16. Yeah ironically I'm the first and of course Rickey is the latter.
  17. Legal citizens of the United States will start reporting to the fields when farmers stop paying minimum wage for maximum work. Why the hell would any legal citizen go work on a farm doing back breaking work, in poor conditions, with no options for health insurance when they can make 17 or 18 dollars an hour putting together sandwiches at Subway or Burger King? Amazing to me that liberals will take to the streets to protest illegals being deported, but don't seem to care about how they are taken advantage of by farmers. Make no mistake about it, farmers may consider illegals "friends," they may show up to protest when ICE detains them for crimes, but they sure as hell aren't paying them a living wage or providing them health insurance. It's incredible to me how of touch with reality people are. COPORATIONS ARE BAD!!! RICH PEOPLE ARE BAD!! FARMERS NEED ILLEGALS TO DO WORK AND PAY SLAVE LABOR TO SO THEY CAN MAXIMIZE PROFITS!! Just because a corporation is dressed in flannel instead of a suit, doesnt mean they arent rich. The farmers paying these people minimum wage arent Ma and Pa Kettle from American Gothic.
  18. Of course. It’s summer. Not much to report on in Bills land. Same here. I was not expecting to see dam near 100 percent since JANUARY.
  19. anything particularly interesting?
  20. Aside from getting bossed around by two small humans all day, I play guitar, read/collect comic books, find cheap shiny Bills cards to collect, used to collect Funko Pops but just don't have the space anymore and have been slowly leaning out the collection, follow the Bills via this board and reddit and typically SMH at some of the opinions/expectations lol, and then I like AEW (newish pro wrestling company). What a dweeb.
  21. I agree with all of this but have no expectations that the Bills will make the move given their history about WRs. I have been excited in the past about getting players like Metcalf and then been sorely disappointed. I really do wish Beane will stop thinking about managing the long term cap and push all his chips in. Like Eagles and Rams did before. A top end receiver for the next 4 years will be incredible for the Bills.
  22. We will also need his social security number and mother's maiden name
  23. Hillary aides text messages reveal she tasked Biden with rolling out the Trump / Russia smear ... Well son of a bit.ch..... Durham's classified annex noted text messages between Clinton campaign officials referred to efforts to get Biden's vice presidential office involved in July 2016 in drumming up concerns about Russian hacking and Trump. Biden jumped into action and raised concerns about Trump and Russia, according to public transcripts of his interviews and speeches.
  24. Technically, yes. Realistically, no. The cap impact would result in some real roster pain. Next offseason would be a nightmare so it just wouldn’t be feasible. We really couldn’t make it work from a trade perspective either (not that Washington is trading him to anyone). Without McLauren their WR corps is awful so they'd pretty much be throwing away this season if they traded him and didn’t get a quality replacement back. That’s not happening with us - or any other team I can think of.
