  2. ^^^^^ Absolute moron that follows morons He’s right about literally everything
  3. There’s a part of me that worries that is indeed how it ends up playing out. I have the same thought about our WR group to a lesser extent, and at least Allen compensates for that. Not so much for the D. So the fear is that it works and is semi impressive until one game, deep in the playoffs, it isn’t. I hope of course this year is different and the team and our GM are willing to do try everything they can instead of relying on hope and vibes. Hope is for the fans. Results are for the professionals.
  4. Yes one guys tweet exposed an entire party’s feelings. Why are you showing us your phone’s wallpaper.
  5. All it would've taken is give up the Bishop pick and BTJ would've been ours. Embarrassing....
  6. ***** the Chiefs
  7. Have you seen Sauce Gardner? CBs no need to fret over that. TB at MLB, sure. It’s fair to ask how long he can play there.
  8. They need a Chris jones type… all the rose colored glasses in the world won’t make ed Oliver that… can’t get pressure with 4 when dudes disappear for months at a time… mcclappys defense relies on pressure from front 4. Can’t get it. Can’t close. See: Chiefs, Kansas city.
  9. Just wondering if you have any real insight about Braxton. jones or Darnell Wright and how they played last year? All of my Bears fans buds are pumped about both of them. They said their IOL was the problem last season. 🤷🏻‍♂️ myself. Didn’t watch much of them last year. both had pretty good off grades, if that means anything.
  10. I kind of agree with this to an extent, but time will tell. If we get to the midway point of the season and the defense is leaving anything to be desired, I’d like to see us swing for the fences with some kind of a high profile trade. Whether it’s for an edge, or some part of the secondary, I’m not sure. We still have too many instances of barely squeaking by and certain players in certain positions being just serviceable until they suddenly aren’t. We have a solid D but I don’t think they are particularly threatening or genuinely have a killer instinct. Perhaps they will show this come the start of the season. It’s why I’m okay with us giving up first round picks and then some to grab a player like Parsons. I don’t want this team to hopefully maybe just be good enough. I want them to be intimidating and destructive. And I don’t want them, and us, to look back at the end of another potentially disappointing season wondering “What if?”
  11. Chicago should’ve taken one of those LTs that went in the first round instead of a TE. Bad GM’ing if their tackle situation is that awful.
  12. Absolutely true.
  13. Taylor is extremely smart, good humor, great baker and just a genuine good person that’s nice to see young girls look up to. oh and and all time song writer and performer.
  14. They brought in Gable Steveson (seriously, why TF would they do that) last year and drafted Maxwell Hairston in the first. I don’t think they’re too worried about bringing in potential character risks.
  15. Too soon for Hancock. He's learning two positions at once and Safety isn't his main spot. Like it or not, if it's not Bishop - it will be Hamlin again.
  16. I haven’t but I see it quoted/screenshotted quite a bit. But I should know better that those are certainly cherry picked. I still certainly don’t think it’s a place for me.
  17. Tre White almost ran into Taron Johnson. As others speculated it was a slant over the middle with a lot of traffic to pick off the coverage. Elsewhere in the article in The Athletic: "In welcoming Allen, the reigning MVP, to Halas Hall on Friday, the Bears defense was put to the test. And although the Bears may have punched first, the Bills got the final word. “It’s good going against an MVP quarterback. It challenges you,” linebacker Tremaine Edmunds said. “You play this game to go against the best. He’s playing big-time ball, so (we’re) able to see what we are.” In the opening seven-on-seven period, the Bears’ defensive backs were immediately disruptive. Nahshon Wright proved to be one of the bright spots of the day. On Allen’s second throw — an incomplete pass to wide receiver Kristian Wilkerson — Wright nearly came up with an interception. Later in the period, Allen’s pass intended for wideout Keon Coleman was tipped, and Wright just missed the chance to snag it out of the air." "Safety Jaquan Brisker was consistently on the ball throughout the day. In seven-on-seven, he nearly intercepted Allen’s incomplete pass intended for tight end Dawson Knox, then he swatted down Allen’s next throw. Allen was intercepted three times — first in seven-on-seven drills by Kevin Byard III and then during 11-on-11s by Wright, who brought in the ball after it was tipped over the middle, but the play was called back on defensive holding. Edmunds came up with the final pick of his former teammate during red zone drills." "Allen and the Bills offense soon found some rhythm, though. Allen completed back-to-back passes to Coleman later in the day, the second of which resulted in a 30-yard touchdown. Coleman badly beat Wright to get open along the sideline, then turned on the jets to haul in one of his multiple scores." 21. He returned to Practice today and will undoubtedly be working to stick. He isn't on PUP right now either. He'd need to have another injury for that. You can have work done on a minor ailment that shuts someone down or put someone on a list for something minor and keep them there for a bit. But you can't just PUP or IR a healthy player.
  22. Probably. Has anyone ever even logged in to Truth Social? I have never even heard of allsides before now. Thank you.
  23. He could also be IRed designated to return, depending on if he keeps progressing. Burn the first 4 games of the year and see how things shake out. At that point they can just not activate him or bring him back if need be. This is where I am at unless he gets some reps in live game action
  24. I mean isn’t it just the other end of the spectrum of “truth.com?” Both are embarrassing. Twitter used to be cool. Now I stick to AllSides.
  25. He knows everything worth knowing about every military conflict on the planet. With a MAGA bias.
  26. Like I said. Some people like cesspools. We're still free to choose...for now.
  27. Good point. I worded it such that it would seem I have never checked it out. Shame on me for being coy. I have checked it out. It’s embarrassing.
