Game week thread - Bills at Patriots*

Some people are just so selfish. Higgins ran a deep over and he ran through Thompson’s zone. That is a very common occurrence in pattern matching in zone for a LB. It is not like they’re lining him up 1v1 against a receiver and asking him to play man. -

That is why it is maddening that we lost our grip on the #1 seed. Home field advantage in the playoffs would have been a great recipe to the SB. Playing Houston or Jacksonville on the road will be lot harder.

Matching up with playoff contenders

I feel like Denver is massively overrated. They lack special weapons on offense and Bo Nix’ ceiling is Andy Dalton. They’re very good on defense but not quite in that way Houston is where even Josh is frustrated. -

21-12 Bills You can fight without ever winning But never ever win without a fight -
We've seen him twice in the last 5 years. Once at a festival. Once at the Ryman. Mid weeknight, full house with many Nashville musicians and Raul's mom. I've been listening o his stuff most of the afternoon. Many are covers, Doesn't matter.

44-24 Buffalo. 34-16 at the half. NE fails an XP in a desperate bid to catch up before the break. Coleman goes 4 for 68 (maybe one more yard, but I don't want to type that.) Cook breaks 100 on the ground again. Trubisky in at 9:00 remaining I have $4.75 in my gambling account and I think that's the easy money parlay I have been looking for. -
This is exactly why Mr. Engleberg had us doing stretches, mostly bending over a lot to work our hamstrings, I suppose.

Ketanji Brown Jackson: Embarrassment
pennstate10 replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
So, in context, it would seem like Mike Davis is a serious conservative, Republican. Right? Anyone want to argue that? Now lets consider his first sentence. "This is stunning a Supreme Court justice: 1. Actually thinks we must be ruled by unelected, unaccountable (leftwing) "experts"" Hmmm....lets think this through. There are 3 branches of government, in the US, right? Executive, Legislative, Judicial. Question. Which one of these three is unelected and unaccountable? Answer: The batsht crazy judicial branch, filled with professional grade grifters (Thomas, Alito), who have ruled that the president is above the law. I'm an old guy. The current Supreme Court is, by far, the worst collection of "justices" (and i use that word loosely) i have ever seen. That ruling, to say the president is above the law, is absolutely stunning. Until that point, I had believed that the justices were honorable. Maybe more conservative or liberal, but honorable. 100% chance that ruling is either reversed, or we degenerate into a dictatorship. Those are the only two choices. And for what its worth, I agree that KBJ was a DEI hire. In my opinion, she wasnt the most qualified justice in the US to be promoted. She was the most qualified black woman. I dont think thats right; choosing a Supreme Court justice from ~5% of the US population. I also dont think it right for clear liar grifters (Thomas, Alito) to remain on the court after they've demonstrated their dishonesty.. -
Happy about that. Ravens are only good at night apparently.

Week 18 will come out on Sunday or Monday 12/28 or 12/29. likely candidates moving to 2 games on Saturday on abc and nbc in sunday Seahawks at niners — coukd be for a playoff spot or division title/ too seed lions at bears— coukd b winner gets WC and loser goes home . Lions beat Chicago earlier so lions need to be within one game of bears as they are now. chargers at broncos- chargers need to be within 1 game of Denver and this would be for div title Panthers at Bucs — could be winner gets division title and 4 th seed. ravens at Steelers— similarly winner gets division title and 4 th seed colts at ravens coukd be winner gets playoff spot. games that could be similar time but on opposite networks are cowboys and eagles for div titke same with bills and pats

You nailed it about the Pats fans all of a sudden crawling out of the woodwork. I see a lot of Mac Jones jerseys again. They were watching the Bruins the last 5 years.
-
And the Bills even in the Bengals game have lost the field position game by about +- 8 yards per return. The Bills need aren’t likely to win that on Sunday but they can’t allow a huge return.

All jokes aside, his poor form is probably why he was injured. I suspect Milano (and maybe others) does the same thing when he lifts. Not using the full range of motions creates tight muscles which then can tear when forced further than they’ve been trained to go. I feel like our training staff must be part of the problem because they should be correcting that

So, when are you gonna wipe your mouth...? You got a full load of Maye-o-naise... The dude is good. In his second season. He has 3 or 4 more to go but at best his best will be nothing like Allen. They're completely different QB's for one. And McDaniels ability is incredible. TUA WAS BEATING ALLENS TRAJECTORY. OOPS. no alll caps and too lazy to fix it. I get it. Patriots fans didn't watch football for 4-5 years when the jackass QB they had left... And now they think they still know football. It's a sad pathetic life to be In those shoes....Walter f'n Mitty

He’s had a great year. Josh has won many big games and played exceptionally well in the playoffs win or lose. His stats in the playoffs are unreal. Maye has the opportunity to be a great qb. Once he wins a few playoff games for a few years we can start a conversation where he fits in the echelon on current star QBs. He likely to have more consistency than Stroud or Daniels but we shall see. He’s a QB that Pats fans should be very excited about.
