They'd then have to give whatever contract they give Hendrickson to have a minimum cap hit this year. Should Beane be in on this? Absolutely. Do I think the Bengals trade him to an AFC contender? No.

The Bills have no cap space - the very least in the league. Theu bought their Hendrickson in the form of Bosa, and they’re just hoping/praying he remains healthy. Because when healthy, he’s definitely as good as Hendrickson. The Bills cannot make this work given their cap situation. Plenty of teams can, though.

It would be such a bengals move to trade him within the AFC. I could see the Pats making a move and the Bengals pulling the trigger because they aren’t “contenders”. Yet I highly doubt they would trade him to us.
