  1. Past hour
  2. IF they trade for an upgrade at WR, I don’t necessarily see a weakness on Offense. The only way teams have been able to slow us down would be neutralized. It’s an easy fix (relatively speaking) if they can find a trade partner. We have one major weakness to exploit on Offense and that would theoretically take it away. On Defense, this group could look ALOT different come Playoffs. Hoecht and Hairston are big additions once they get their footing. Safety is probably a bandaid position where we hope for solid play if they don’t swing a trade. If Hairston is good, the entire Defense changes. Scheme, talent ceiling.. everything. Honestly, even if he’s serviceable, we probably see a major uptick.
  3. COVID-19 mRNA vaccines can trigger the immune system to recognize and kill cancer, research finds https://flip.it/lFEv2B
  4. I am here with the fam and looking to break an 0-4 road game streak.
  5. Making stops is. Relying on turnovers is not sustainable. Just go play actual defense. It’s but a difficult concept. Almost every other team can handle it
  6. Doesn't affect his catching.. he has the most drops in the NFL.. he has a very low yards per route ran His catch rate is significantly lower.. his efficiency numbers have plummeted to the bottom of the NFL Josh Gordon went for 1700 yards with ghosts at quarterback in Cleveland... BTJ is Super talented.. I'm not giving up a first round pick for those last 4 things I just said Now if he picked his game up from last year and they were trying to trade him.. yeah he'd be worth the first and probably more Significantly regressing I would give up picks , not a number one and I doubt anybody in the NFL is going to
  7. I wasn’t aware of this. Guy needs to dropped.
  8. And a bit of luck.... If the fumble by Robinson was not negated, we probably score and take a lead there and the game could have been different... Of course the same could be said...if Bishop makes the tackle, Robinson does not score the 81 yard TD.
  9. Of course there's something up, but it doesn't automatically make the trade not worth it. He's playing in a brand new offense with a brand new Head Coach who is also the playcaller. As you said, he was phenomenal last year with a different Head Coach and playcaller. Maybe he's unhappy with his fit in the offense and that's the root of all the problems. If so, I don't view that as a dealbreaker in any way in terms of trading for him. It didn't with Diggs. If we had the CAP space it wouldn't with AJ Brown. He had almost 1300 receiving yards and 10 TDs last year. He did that in the NFL as a rookie and is under cost control for 2 1/2 more years. I want to see this happen. He's a better bet than any rookie WR and would immediately step in as our #1.
  10. We're literally getting 3 new additions to the defense tomorrow - and I'm going to guess another by the trade deadline. They've looked bad, but they've also been pretty banged up. We don't need them to be a top 5 or top 10 D. We need them to be top 15, and I think that's a possibility if Hairston can shine as a rookie and Hoecht is the guy I think he'll be.
  11. Completely agree... Signing Samuel was definitely a bad idea..it also shows the lack of long term thinking by this Bills Brass. Unfortunately, the guys they brought in for the perimeter have not panned out. That is on the coaching staff
  12. 🙂 Ray. My understanding is that they feel they are stocked at WRs and don't need another one.
  13. We need to temper our expectations....The HC told us 2 weeks ago that he was not ready...I am assuming they will sprinkle him in for 5-10 plays and may be some STs to get a feeling of the speed in NFL. All these old beat up QBs always have good game against us...
  14. Ray or Gabe? because it’d be hilarious to trade them back a player that they released and are still paying…can you even trade a PS player? My god that’s what we’re doing with Tredavious White 🤦‍♂️
  15. What complexity ? Our offense plays in the 1st 5 yards from the scrimmage....It is throwing to RBs, slants to all the WRs or bubble screens...The only guy who catches anything downfield have been Kincaid and Knox.
  16. Yup I’m leaning towards mortgaging the future. What’s the point in hanging onto all the future selections just to build mediocrity? I know this is not their intent, but it is what they’ve gotten out of their early draft investments so you might as well invest them into a more sure talent even if it costs more now, and makes things trickier down the road. The cap just keeps going up. Win a superbowl or two and worry about it when the time comes. It worked for the Rams. Sold their souls, won the Lombardi, bottomed out briefly and nailed some draft investments when they had to rely on a youth movement and they’re right back at it. The Bills should be no different although it seems like Beane is mostly concerned about maintaining the standard even if it means sacrificing the ability to bring in elite talents via trade or FA
  17. This is his 2024 stats: GPRECTGTSYDSAVGTDLNGFDFUMLST 17 87 133 1,282 14.7 10 85 53 0 0 I will take him in a heart beat...ship Davis and a 2nd round pick to them for Brian.
  18. I have family in 4 different countries. They aren’t libs or maga. Every single one is shocked at how stupid and gullible Americans are to worship a pedo.
  19. By far the best player on that list is Diggs, whom we traded a pick for. Everyone else is average at best.
  20. I'm pretty sure he can swallow his pride but it's been pretty clear over the last couple of years he for whatever reason doesn't value a #1WR as much as most GM's do.
  21. And yet this is what good leaders do. I am not excusing his tirade on the morning show BUT: A good leader supports their staff, sells the future and delivers confidence in their players. At the same time they admit failure and reflect honestly when they’re wrong. If Beane came out and said “we were counting on our guys to develop into XYZ and we haven’t been able to get there, so we’re looking to find ways to bring the room up to our standard” I’d respect that. People would want to play gotchya because it’s easy and as fans we don’t have to answer to anyone when we’re wrong…we just like calling it out publicly when others are. If tmrw they traded for BTJ and won the Super Bowl would ppl be calling for a stock and quarter of Beane because he looked silly? Nahhh man it’s business. You take chances, you redeem the rewards if good movements and you know when to take your losses.
  22. Oh, I'm certain he will be given every opportunity to fail upwards. It's the Sabres' way under present ownership. I was really just saying UPL is not a tradeable commodity given his contract. Levi may end up being an AHL star that can't make the jump. Aside from a twenty game stretch when UPL played well, he's been a subpar goalie, and KA rewarded him with a big contract. I have more hope in the alternatives, but that isn't saying much.
  23. Between a rookie that missed camp and one of Poyer, Cam Lewis, or another rookie that missed a ton of time at safety Andy Dalton looks poised to have a nice game.
  24. I really can't fault him for that. This is a business after all. What favors would he be doing himself or his team if he's getting hung out to dry? Dillon Gabriel got 3 of receivers washed - 2 out with concussions a week or 2 ago.
