  1. Past hour
  2. I like to bring this up yearly that games you shouldn't have won are typically balanced with games you probably should've. The Ravens win is balanced by a Pats loss which they had three atrocious turnovers and a bunch of other misses that turned what should've been a win into a loss.
  3. We'll make adjustments and win this one. Especially with Bucky Irving out again. Will probably carry those adjustments over and beat the Texans too. Then we'll get complacent and go back to our stubborn mindset and get too cute again and lose to the Steelers. I'm just sensing a general trend. I just hope it's timed well with making a playoff run.
  4. BUT - will Brady use him to his strength, that is the question !!
  5. The Bills leaking that story to make the fans really believe they tried sure backfired on them.
  6. I am sure our elite level run defense will bottle up that "scrub" RB Jonathan Taylor. He wouldn't get 10 yards rushing all day against the Bills.
  7. I’m pretty sure that rule changed. You can designate up to 2 guys as “post-June 1” releases but you don’t need to wait until June 1 to do it.
  8. I think they are toast this year. Come back healthy next year and not slammed with injuries the D could be decent. And need to focus any $$ available and draft picks on receivers. Then we can bounce back. I’ll bet Pegula is relieved the new Highmark sales are almost complete.
  9. Imagine if Coleman hadn't endeared himself to everyone in that initial press conference.
  10. I'd say cut Samuel for sure but they don't use Knox at all like they use to I think his problem is more a Brady thing then it is a Knox thing ! I'm thinking Brady has more of a scheming problem and doesn't know exactly how to use the weapons he has, some definitely have to go Samuel from what they were saying has been a total bust from day 1 and has been basically paid for 1 good game in 2 years he's done, Palmer & Moore have show'd little or nothing too . I wish they would use Shavers more in the red zone & I think he would produce if given the chance, why would you bring the guy up after he has busted his ass to prove he can play then not use him makes NO sense in the way they use him . The Bills have some weapons right there for the using but if you just look at them and don't implement their skill into the scheme why bother bringing them up ? Ty Johnson last year was huge for the offense and where has he been this year some as Knox just run around and look like your ready to play ...
  11. If the team plays the remainder of the season like they did on Sunday that could be something like a 1st round pick between 14 and 20. I might be alone here but picking that high would be better for the long term than getting into the playoffs only to get bounced out in the wildcard round.
  12. Can’t blame the coaches for everything going on with player behavior and focus. Having said that im firing the entire staff.
  13. Just finished listening to the OBL Monday recap. I understand that Chris and Steve don’t speak directly for the organization but I think they have a pretty good pulse on the situation and hearing them go on for 10 mins about how fans should feel lucky that the team has made the playoffs for the past few seasons pretty sums up the suspicions I had about the entire organization. “Playoff caliber” mindset is resulting in being completely content getting that one or two post season opportunities and packing it in. I must admit, after the drought, I too was so happy just getting the opportunity to play in the post season that I overlooked several glaring issues with the program. Now, we’re simply waisting a once in a generation under center while Beane waxes poetic about not “mortgaging our future.” If a playoff berth is good enough, why play the game?
  14. I don't really think it's the personal grouping that's the issue, the Rams are very successful out of 13 and run it more often than the Bills.
  15. That's so true, they've turned him into an emotion-less, game managing robot. It's as if he will be given electroshock therapy if he throws a pick. It's time to break glass in case of emergency. He has the right to take off an run whenever he wants, make stuff happen on the fly...
  16. WAZE is the only way to go
  17. This is the time of year that separates the NFL from the other major sports. In football every team has a unique set of opponents. You have to start looking at the remaining schedule for each of the other contenders. For example, the Broncos face the Chargers, the Jaguars, the Packers, and the Chiefs TWICE. If they get through that gauntlet, they deserve to be the 1 seed.
  18. Do we though? If fully healthy, maybe. But we’re just not.
  19. New England may have peaked early. They also have stayed away from injuries somehow, but now it seems they might be getting a taste. In a playoff matchup at this point, I have KC. Just experience. I think Kansas City is in real danger of missing the playoffs outright. They do not look right, especially without Pacheco who seems like he is always hurt. Chris Jones was the most important player on the team and he is either hurt or lost his drive.
  20. Agreed but Chiefs unlikely to win division so we wouldn't see them until second or third round (and possibly in our house). Ravens path is most likely to win division and be 3rd or 4th seed, so that is a potential huge issue: facing them in WC round! That's why I said we need to luck into favorable matchups. It would certainly suck to play Ravens on the road in WC round when we have the h-to-h win against them!
  21. Well now Dabol is free so I bet he'd come back then the world would be good well maybe a bit better at least !!
  22. I was right on 3 out of 4 guys. 🤷🏼‍♂️
  23. We have a good chance against anyone that isn’t Baltimore (with a healthy Lamar) or KC. I like our odds vs any other team.
  24. I agree. McDermott wanted defense above all else. If I was Josh I would be furious. How about Oliver?
  25. I think Indy will come crashing down soon. I just believe they are playing over their heads and i don't think they can sustain much more going forward. Denver's O is a hot mess. They may have the best D in the league, but Nix won't be the savior they think this year. Steelers are showing their true colors.......they have the 2nd oldest roster and it's starting to show. Those ole boys are getting tired. NE is beyond what anyone expected this year. I think they will fade a bit in the stretch, but i still don't think we'll catch them for the division. I'm not sold on the Chargers, Texans, Jags.........i still believe the 3 best teams in the AFC are the Bills, Ravens and KC. These teams always seem to play a little harder when their backs are against the wall.
