  1. Past hour
  2. Rookie: Landon Jackson. I know he's not a longshot to make the team, but he's going to be big in camp. Non-Rookie: Darrynton Evans. I'll say it again, he belongs on an NFL roster.
  3. ?? There's no visa status since he moved to this country at 7 years old. He was a former green card holder who made mistakes after his serving his country, served his time, lost his card in 2009 after crimes and a prison term, but was given deferred action status if he stayed clean and sober and checked in every year which he was doing for 14 years. A family to look after, and by all accounts recently ICE simply decided to end his deferred status and gave him the option to self deport before they kicked him out. Gotta meet that Trump quota for kicking criminals out. Traffic tickets, crimes no matter how long ago and even after fully prosecuted/resolved it doesn't matter. All ICE could do was cite his criminal past and ignore the fact that he's lived a clean life since then as they required him to do to maintain deferred status. Worked a job, paid his taxes, raised a family. Who's ultimately responsible for the situation? He is and he knows it. He blames no one, but was shocked yet resigned that he must go back to Korea and probably not be allowed to come back and visit his family again. Classy and an optimist who is grateful for the privileges he has enjoyed in his life here. But if you or anyone doesn't have the conscience to realize this is wrong and not what this country is about, that's on you. This NPR article does a better job of quoting his story then the rest: https://www.npr.org/2025/06/24/g-s1-74036/trump-ice-self-deportation-army-veteran-hawaii?utm_medium=social&utm_term=nprnews&utm_campaign=npr&utm_source=facebook.com
  4. If people don't like McD's in game management, clock management, etc they will hate Tomlins. I get he got the SB, which is great for any HC. But if I had to win a game today, I would rather have McD than Tomlin. Tomlin is like a long marriage where you may not fight a lot, but you also don't sleep together much anymore and its content, but boring. I agree with you on the call no doubt, I wasn't arguing the call wasn't bad...I was saying the call doesn't mean they go on to win the SB without it. Im no McD apologist, so I get it and he needs to win the big one, and his seat should be warm now heading into this season. But I do think you are greatly minimizing his impact here though and giving too much credit to Allen. He took a team with no culture that no one wanted to play for outside Buffalo in the midst of being torn down that traded its best players and snapped a 17 year drought that much more talented teams and more experienced HC's could not do. And people always talk about how Bengals had to help us get in, but the reality was them giving Peterman a chance to see if he had anything to offer a team looking to rebuild against the lowly Chargers kept them from getting in on their own accord. His coaching job that year was much better than he gets credit for by some people around here. And then he and his staff took the rawest QB in the draft and developed him into someone with GOAT potential by end of his career. I also think you are overlooking a lot of Seans poor playoff track record as well. I get it to a degree, he deserves more credibility too as someone who has won the big game, but outside the one SB run, his playoffs record isn't stellar and he didn't have Reid and Mahomes standing in his way to blame for it, or anything close to what that tandem is as a threat that McD and the rest of the AFC face year after year.
  5. Put it this way, I was in a dart league on Thursday nights and we travelled all over from bar to bar weekly, so Fridays were automatically cancelled. It was easy for me to find a way to do as little as possible. My Market Research professor gave us the syllabus on day #1, said there was a midterm and a final, and it was all from the textbook. Other than the midterm and the final, the only times I saw him after that was at the campus bar. Throwing darts, in fact. Do you see a theme yet?
  6. Yeah the Harbo's love Roman. So I do blame them a little bit because he's their guy. I think Lamar's development as a passer is kind of overblown. 2019 Lamar was still an absolute force and that remains arguably the best year of his career. A TD% of 9 is just bonkers.
  7. Not like they got any better after going.
  8. Prather all the way, 🤣
  9. As they always end up doing…
  10. My mind immediately went to they weren’t master of their domain when I saw the title. Buc-ees is Amazing. One of the few things I liked about living in Texas. Would go to the one in Ft worth twice a month. It felt weird to get excited to go to a gas station.
  11. Did a quick search and saw revenue of $5.3 million in 2024.
  12. This is nothing……you should have seen me in college.
  13. burn it down.
  14. No free speech for Norwegians. He should try Germany or the UK.
  15. Matt Eberflus would have won multiple Super Bowls with Allen?
  16. They rage for the machine now. Try and keep up.
  17. these things are more circle jerks than anything novel. Tay Tay T-Swizzel is going to give a concert to them, too. It's all nonsense to do these things.
  18. Any coach that has JA17 as their QB should have won multiple super bowls by now. Instead, he has left us with 13 seconds and failed tush-pushes to argue about
  19. I don't think it's as small as you think, but whatever. We won't agree.
  20. the two are the 1st two picks in the 2nd round and they got their contract fully guaranteed....Now every 2nd round pick wants his contract to be guaranteed...The league is waiting to see who will blink first...the teams or the players.
  21. I totally agree. This article reminded me of the articles/lists that PFF would put out in its early days where its "analytics" would "prove" that some mediocre QB who was only starting because the team didn't have anybody better on the roster was actually a top five QB. I don't know what magical "analytics" the statboys are using but it smells a lot more like subjective opinion than numbers to me. Career-wise, Payton has certainly gotten good mileage out of his single SB appearance, but this is 2025 not 2009, and the NFL is a different league today than it was. Certainly McDermott was the better coach than Payton in last year's playoffs. I fail to see the relevancy of Tomlin's 2008 SB win, Payton's 2009 SB win or John Harbaugh's 2012 SB win to these coaches' ability in 2025. I think Herbert is doomed with Harbaugh as HC and Greg Roman as OC. Harbaugh had Roman as his OC in San Francisco before he departed for Michigan. Now he's hired him again. I disagree about Herbert. I think he's been the victim of crappy coaching his entire career, and it's only gotten worse with the new regime. I think what Roman wants him to do doesn't fit his skill set or his temperament. Harbaugh hardly made "the best out of a horrid group of skill players and a QB that isn't uniquely talented enough to overcome it"; he created the situation by forcing Herbert into his system rather than modifying his system to fit his QB. BTW, if you think I dislike Harbaugh and Roman, I plead no contest. Roman was the OC in Baltimore from 2019 through 2022. He failed to develop Lamar Jackson as a passer. In 2 seasons under Todd Monken, Lamar has become an infinitely better QB as demonstrated by his superlative stats in 2024. Teacher! 🖐️ Teacher! 🖐️ I know!!! 🖐️ I know!!! 🖐️ It took Andy Reid only 6 seasons to make the Super Bowl, 14 more seasons to actually win a SB! Are you buying the Bills? I didn't realize they were for sale.
  22. So did I and then I read a link above that says that Denver also has an unsigned first rounder.
