Well, young lady, then show some respect to the coach who prepared this team to beat a team like the Ravens! McD knew his defense was undermanned, with a rookie corner (a late round pick), two safeties who have almost no game time together, and lotsa new pieces. Anyone who trashes him after a victory like last night will always just trash the man. His culture, his demeanor, his detail oriented approach to all aspects of the game, his leadership of players and coaches, his football and overall intelligence... make victories like this possible. But you call him a nasty name and ridicule him as your first move after the game! Seems pretty hateful to me! And makes no sense.

Easily, this game. We had the Patriots beat. I agree, because it was a playoff game.

As you all know, we didn't play most of our starters in pre season. Other than the opening drive which was scripted and the the defensive stop holding them to a FG on the Ravens opening drive- we stunk for the majority of the first half. The drive before halftime was ok, and although we let the Ravens answer our scores in the 3rd quarter, we seemed to play a bit sharper as the game wore on. Now, we all know that the Bills under McBean are a bit Jekyll and Hyde in week one, do any of you think that if we would have played our starters more in preseason, the game wouldn't have gotten this out of hand? The Ravens rested most of theirs and they looked good most of the game- but obviously a different coach and a different team. This is what I was telling myself when we were down late in the third and to start the fourth. Pure cope on my behalf I think. Just wondering what you all think.

I absolutely do. Being able take Henry on head to head is way different than trying to grab him from the side when he’s running with a full head of steam. Bishop clearly has room to improve, as most second year guys do, but it seems he is going to be the guy singled out by the fans this year for criticism. That is a tradition that goes back to 1960; find a punching bag and beat on it.
