  1. Past hour
  2. I think road teams are already at a disadvantage on Thurs night, esp if you're boarding a plane to fly across the country with only 3 days rest. But you're right it wasn't the cause of the defeat. It just made the task of facing the top D on the road that much harder. I wasn't overly surprised by the egg given the context. It all rests on our O. We know our D is crap and the offense will generally have to score over 25 to win, against anyone.
  3. This. Our roster is mid to bottom barrel with the exception of Josh, Cook, Bishop, Kincaid. We have a good oline but frankly I think its overrated. We have 2 stars on the team in total. Josh and Cook.
  4. Man I swear if I see a tweet tomorrow that says "the bills have signed kylar Elam to the practice squad"........
  5. I'm with you. Samuel is so bad that I'd actually consider playing a slightly more bad Moore over him so he doesn't get hurt and saddle us with his contract next year. Otherwise agree. Frankly, I'd probably pay Edwards before McGovern at this point because he's probably the cheapest of the three IOL we have to worry about over the next two years. I'd consider Bosa at a reasonable price point, but otherwise every one of those defensive FAs is gone.
  6. I barely want to watch them play football
  7. Convert him to a WR and he can become a deadly duo with Keon.
  8. Too much hyperbole
  9. If this team KEPT McD and Beane and traded Josh. I'd be done with the team for a long time. That would be such a middle finger to the fan base.
  10. We don't do well against top Ds with good pass rush. If you can get pressure rushing 4, or with well-schemed blitzes, it exposes our lack of WR talent and overall back offensive scheme. Josh also struggles as he holds the ball too long and thinks he can make a play, but its harder to get away from the elite athletic pass rushers
  11. I wouldn't say its weak. I'd say there is a shuffle this year. Pats have a balanced offense and defense that are both good. Not great but good. Denver has just as tough a defense as Houston. Colts are pretty balanced as well unless Danny Dimes turns into a pumpkin. Ravens can still be dangerous. Oddly Cinci could still make a run and now Burrow is back I think. KC can maybe turn it on still but I'm not sold on that. Houston could still make the playoffs and do damage because of that defense. They have won 3 in a row now.
  12. He was looking like a "playmaking stud"... in 2023. 2024 he took a step back from what we saw the year before. He wasn't flashing nearly as much as the year before, started showing a penchant for getting dinged up, and was way more often than not out of position. Bc of that, us having to make tough choices or eat into our salary cap heavily with so many players up for extensions (which we chose to do) and with MLB not being a hard to replace, premium position - I would not have extended him. At the absolute most, i'd have waited to see how his 2025 went and think about extending him if it went well. It was baffling to me when they extended him early and enraging to me after seeing how bad he looks this year.
  13. Oh you care. You care a lot. I’m in your head. You love to pounce the moment you see me on here! We get it. You try your hardest only to get out in your place. I don’t judge you for wanting to try harder each times but it’s getting a bit embarrassing for you. Get out a bit. I’m gettin ready to shower. Let that soak into that chubby head of yours. So you can quote people! So far we know you lie about ignoring people and the ability to quote people. You can’t even keep your own nonsense straight. What a clown.
  14. how did you become so cynical?
  15. No my issue with the Knox extension was he still had a year left on his rookie deal. Ahead of the 2022 season, Beane gives him a 4 year $52 million extension. To me it just didnt make sense. No team was about to make a move for him & Knox wasn't going to go anywhere. We didnt need to do that at that time & surely didn't need to pay him that much. At least imho. That extension turned out to be pretty bad & Knox restructured of course in 2024 to save us a little money. But while it reduced his cap number, it extended his time with us another year. A year where he'd get paid more with us than on any other team. So its still a win as far as he's concerned. The Knox extension is just 1 of course, there's been a few others that we can look at as weighing this team down a bit. But I agree with you on Bosa & the wr's for the most part. What we really need is some more impact players. You can probably count on 1 hand, the amount of impact players we've gotten out of our drafts. It just hasn't been good enough & its the poor drafting that has really put us in this situation.
  16. 8 sacks 70 yards. 14 sacks 68 yards. It’s not just more sacks more yards the amount of yards lost was about double Thursday night. The game is an anomaly though.
  17. I dunno about silver lining but the Bills will probably still win enough games to get the last WC spot. Either KC or the Ravens probably wont make it this year. Maybe both. Depends on the next few games. If the Colts beat KC then their season is pretty much over. Another silver lining... After all that brutality Josh took, he isn't dead. He will probably hide some injury the rest of the year though. Twice his wrist on his throwing hand he was shaking off so there is something there.
  18. I agree. I think the guy was being super smart as to not be flagged for 15 yards. So while it’s a nice feel good story to think this Texans player took it easy on our guy, it’s more likely he was using his brain and didn’t want to get flagged. Under NFL rules (Rule 12, Section 2), a rushing defender is not allowed to forcibly hit the passer in the knee area or below when the quarterback has one or both feet on the ground.
  19. And as our talent level has decreased, we match-up well with less and less teams. We have always struggled on defense against physical run games and elite QBs. Now our offense can’t handle a strong pass rush or a good pair of corners either.
  20. Zero prep for the #1 defense in the league. The positive is theyll have plenty to study and clean up moving forward
  21. Kair’s failures bum me out. Hope something changes for him.
  22. Which ILLEGAL ORDERS spurred democrat senators to create this video? Surely there have been some.
