  1. Past hour
  2. Thats a 9 point plan for a team that is fighting just to stay alive for the playoffs, not a heavily-favortied SB contender. Why do we put up with this?
  3. What did we do as a fanbase to deserve a defensive rebuild during the peak of the greatest QB to wear the uniform? If Hairston does not hit immediately then we are cooked, and looking at age 32 for Josh before we make another push. By then, who knows how much athletic juice he will have in the tank, but I feel Josh is really another Elway and not a Big Ben. Still, if Josh retires without a ***** Lombardi we should burn down that stadium. That would be worse than Marino imho. Marino has no excuse when he should've had 2 SBs by '86. We havent even sniffed a SB jock yet. If Im Pegula I give them the ultimatum that Josh starts a SB before he turns 30 or they're out.
  4. You should checkout Joes' podcast it always a great listen and very informative. 9 points in concise fashion 1. Get back to mismatches as our big people are our strength on offense. 11-12-22 formations etc. and throw from it more as well. 2. Use Keon Coleman less, he has the most snaps and targets of any receiver. 3. Use Kincaid and Palmer more. 4. Use the Backs more in the pass game (doesn't understand where this went to). 5. Get Larry O and Hoecht up to speed and reduce the DL snaps by rookies and practice squad guys. Easy one. 6. Shaq Thompson is our best LB and needs to be treated as such. Try Bernard some at WLB. 7. Get Hairston going soon. Mentions ramping up and platooning and having ready by late season and playoffs. 8. Replace Taylor Rapp with Poyer. Not optimal, but addition by subtraction. 9. Workout a trade for WR who can stretch and cause some fear, mentions Olave and Shaheed (PR too). Many of us have mentioned some of these. The Coleman thing and being treated as if the #1 is shocking to me. We have stopped using the backs receiving as much as last year and its inexplicable. The reinforcements are self explanatory, but the safety question is bleak. All in all, there is hope, if they make some of the correct moves and don't be stubborn.
  5. Whats up with refs suddenly overturning calls they used to let stand? It happened 4-5 times this weekend/last night. The refs real bad last night.
  6. I think after this season there will be a lot of change as far as players are concerned, Taron, Tre, Daquon, Damar, Millano,Samuel, Lewis , Codrington, Epenesa, Dane Jackson, Poyer, & others I don't see here next year & I could add Moore to that list too . Plus if some of the players that were extended don't play up to their contracts it wouldn't hurt my feeling to use them as trades for some draft capital if they could get rid of a majority of their cap hit with them .
  7. i got room in the barn for her to stay saturday night!
  8. Sounds good, trying to get the Mrs to buy into leaving home a little earlier.
  9. if we had consistent outside help and over the top help it would be very important. for nickel to be successful you must have a field corner that can cover a lot of field - we do not. but more importantly we need coverage across the middle of the free safety and we do not have that at all. taron is churning his legs and not making butter. he's drowning because everyone around him is drowning.
  10. Wouldn't be any controversy? Ha. Just like there wouldn't be controversy if Mahomes were knocked down two yds out of bounds in the AFCC? Or when they call defensive holding on a player who had a fistful of jersey in the SB? There's "controversy" over every call that benefits the Chiefs, and crickets when it goes the other way. Simple as that.
  11. In what reality does a team need all that you described to be considered good? I get it ..the hope of a better tomorrow is more attractive than having the Super Bowl contending team we currently have. Given the odds of actually winning the Super Bowl, I suspect you’ll get to gloat about being right and you knew all along how bad the team was, soon enough. I would just suggest you’re a few months too soon to cheer their demise.
  12. And I’m disgusted with Joe Brady and Beanes complete ignorance with our WR room(4 slot WR and 1 outside is beyond stupid). Josh is in the last year of 20s and these WRs are supposed to be Super Bowl worthy. We just made 3 mediocre teams look like world beaters. You have your opinions, I’ll have mine. I always cheer loud for Buffalo. Go Bills!
  13. you underestimate the Panthers. honestly, even if we beat them by 20 - they're still a good football team and building despite Bryce Young. Bryce Young is a fitz or tyrod tier. i will text you and of course be in touch. we are driving down from greensboro and plan to get to CLT about 9-9:30
  14. A new DC? That's really the only way
  15. The only problem that I have is it is a total gamble, I believe some in what your saying and in some ways think that the message might be getting a bit stale to the players too but who would you be able to bring in and make the difference for the better ? Many teams have tried it & our own Buffalo Bills did it for 17 years only to do nothing, I could see it if there was a coach that has proven that he can come in and make the changes needed to be a better team I think Peyton might have been the only one that could give more of a guarantee to do something different and better but who else could do that ? I really love what McD has brought to the Bills but depending on this years out come could be in for some kind of change if they don't do better . GO BILLS !!
  16. Super Bowl Contenders !!! Go Bills !!!
  17. He did have a truly spectacular pick vs the Jets that sealed the game last season. That game was hardly in the bag too. They could have lost it.
  18. I was watching the Lions game last night and was in awe at how aggressive their secondary was. They were talking about how all those players are new or taking over for injured guys. Its amazing to me the Bills secondary cannot be that aggressive. Its not like they havent made the investment Also Kelvin Sheppard is going to get HC interviews this offseason. That dude has them playing hard
  19. So you are a fan. And others are "fans" and a "sh1tshow" and potentially beneath you. Because you are positive and they are negative about the overall prospects. Doesn't matter, nothing to see here, Bills are A1, support the boys or move out the way. Ok, top fan, congrats 👍🏽
  20. The kid has physical attributes and showed he has skills in the most complete conference in college. Baring physical limitations from the injury, there is no reason this kid isn’t better than Trey right now. Let him learn on the field, that’s the KC way. It’s now on coaches to stop trying to make mediocre athletes into good corners and make a great athlete into an elite corner!
  21. Not sure exactly what transpired but some of these refs need to be held more accountable for some of the bad calls that they make, as we all know being Bills fans they can change the outcome of very important games and Roger sure isn't doing much at all about it or holding them more accountable . I've never heard of a ref getting fined a game check for sucking at his job or being fired for it . If most of these refs are only part time still as they use to be they need to be put on the NFL employee list so this is all they do to be the absolute best that can be at their jobs and if nothing else consistent across the league in these calls . So I could see a player getting pissed and voicing his opinion if a guy was choosing a player and busting his balls with ticky tack calls, these guys are very competitive and some more vocal than others so I can see it and see why .
  22. Zero reason to play him this week or next. Give him two more weeks and then let him start against Miami.
  23. I’m pretty disgusted by this board right now; it’s a complete s-h-i-t-s-h-o-w. The Bills are still a top Super Bowl contender and “fans” are acting like the season is over. There are reinforcements on defense coming in and if anyone thinks Josh Allen isn’t his own biggest critic they haven’t been paying attention. I’ll be rolling into Charlotte on Sunday morning. Probably no time to tailgate but if there is we’ll head to that Tavern place (no idea where it is but I have Google). Club seats for the game (because my wife deserves it) and then back home Sunday night after celebrating a victory. Go Bills, but I believe I may have finally outgrown this place.
  24. He’s not wearing overalls? Hope you have bail money…
