  1. Past hour
  2. @Rochesterfan instead of Europe and Xs. How about you talk. Was babitch and Brady Not hired from within? It makes me think they'll do the same. What do you think? I'm asking sincerely. I've got like 2 or 3 emojis from you today. We can talk ya know. Doesn't have to be arguing.
  3. Yes. Has no one noticed that Bills' offense is most effective when it's running the two-minute drill, and presumably Brady doesn't have time to send in plays?
  4. I prefer contracts tied to incentives as too many players completely tail off after getting big $ locked in. Go from performance to doing just barely enough. Oliver was an exception, got his contract and made good on it the year after, too bad about the injuries.
  5. I was just checking a Pats board - there was a TON of celebration about re-taking the AFC East title. They think it's over. So do many here, but I'm not so sure. I'm curious how it goes w/ them & the Bengals tomorrow. Not the toughest game - but it's one of the toughest games on their schedule to this point. Which certainly says a lot.
  6. All valid and fair points. I guess my reply was more around the main thread title will Allen stick around for another rebuild. I personally say yes as I think he likes it here. Also, we have him nailed down regardless how he feels for 8 more yrs. Trust me I hope he plays until 45. I can just see his style of game play lasting another 8 yrs is all.
  7. We're still contenders. We're not TOP contenders - but if you lived through the drought, just being one of those teams that isn't "in the hunt" or worse is pretty good. I remember when the season was WAY over by this time of year. We still have a small shot at the division, and even the 1 seed. I'm not optimistic about either, but nether is unfathomable. I don't think this is "the year" (though you never know). But it wouldn't take too much to make us a top team next year. A good LB, a top tier WR, a safety. We don't have a huge list, despite how things seem right now. I can't wait to have Hoecht for a whole season, playing next to Oliver.
  8. Brady also calls a lot of behind-the - line pass plays. Shakir was targeted there several times during the game. Houston stopped it every time. Not having ever played or studied football, there is much that I miss when I watch a game, but when it's blatant and obvious I can see as well as anyone else.
  9. Because of the odds. 84% I would put up every cent i have to bet on them getting in because of the math alone. There are major flaws on almost every AFC team. It really depends who gets hot and healthy at the right time.
  10. If you don’t already know that Josh ain’t going anywhere, you just haven’t been watching him on and of the field closely enough. Maybe in his twilight grey beard year(s) or something…
  11. Do the Bills lose on Chritmas day Let me know
  12. I hate to say it but you know some of the checks we don’t like are josh some agreement here though: when will Anderson was sitting out early downs and coming in on third down we should’ve skipped subs and gotten to the line to keep their own mvp off the field. We don’t maximize our advantages and manage game flow in a way that I love.
  13. Who cares… I want his jersey retired as a Bill along with a SB win. I could care less about Wyoming retiring a QB with a sub 60 completion percentage who had to be completely broken down and rebuilt in Buffalo.
  14. Thats not the point. The point is the pass protection has gotten exponentially worse compared to prior seasons.
  15. Very true, and it’s likely possible. I’d just never say there’s no way Josh would leave.
  16. Stevie Johnson and a couple other guys take. Its about 40 mins long though.
  17. Ugh... they already started with everyone eats. And... Brown and Tasker already made a voice appearance
  18. Big Ben Another small school college quarterback who went to a rust belt City
  19. That’s true, just trying to show the modern NFL doesn’t favor any elite QB staying with the same team forever. I can’t name any who did from the 2000’s onward. Big Ben I guess.
  20. Oh yeah against the NFC who has some top end teams I agree. I was thinking of just the AFC as a whole.
  21. Tom Brady left at 40 to chase one more Super bowl victory He didn't leave at 30
  22. McD is a control freak, would never happen. He wants it run his way no matter what the results. Why else would they keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results?
  23. AND ANOTHER REASON ! Plays are getting sent in late on the road in load stadiums (e.g. Houston). As reported on OBL, they mention and explain why it gives the defense an advantage. Typically the offense has only 12 sec or so to execute the play. The no-huddle / up tempo offense literally cannot be run in that situation- with JA calling the plays and Bills not substituting they will have a heck of a rapid fire approach and tire out the defense.
  24. That’s fair, the situation in Detroit was far worse, but I do think modern sports has a culture of chasing the ring in free agency. I’m not convinced any player is above it. Elway belonged to a different era. Brady chased more rings by going to Tampa. I realize Belichick chased him out, but he certainly put himself instantly in a better position.
  25. Don’t even think about it BB….
