  1. Past hour
  2. Week 1 is definitely not the norm and only did it because we were down by 16.
  3. Too many fans and national media are saying “it’s the year”. There are just too many variables in games, injuries, bad matchups, freaky bounces of the ball, missed FGs and doinks off the uprights, etc.. Until they make the SB, and the clock hits zero with us ahead, i won’t believe it’s real.
  4. At this point I would almost rather Frank gore than Ray Davis. Hes done absolutely nothing the first 3 games
  5. Miami started thrashing our OL. I saw our guys flat on their backs multiple times, Hawes once also. They brought everything the had.
  6. I’d be happy if Ray didn’t get another carry for the next two seasons while we have Jimbo and Ty
  7. I thought he was solid, maybe between him and Milano we can get good LB play between the two for the season but both have incredible trouble staying healthy
  8. Kirk cared about the black community insofar that he wanted to see them lift themselves up.. heavy focus on male role models and the nuclear family. He felt, with data to back it up, that this is the only way for the community to actually be successful. There’s plenty of black people who support and agree with him. He would make incendiary comments about handouts and DEI, which got clipped and framed by his opponents to portray him as condescending and ridiculing the black community. Lots of black people believe, rightly or wrongly, that he was racist due to this. Politicians and activists have plenty of incentive to make sure black people depend on the government for help & advancement policy. And we can debate about whether there should be some due to historical oppression, but anyone advocating for a refusal on government reliance is a threat to those with political interests and will be labeled as such in ways to minimize reach.
  9. So now we're ok with ex-Panthers?
  10. No we didn't quietly get better. In fact we got way worse !! Our WR corp is non existent. Coleman was a no show. Our only offense for poor Josh is Cook, Kincaid and the rookie Hawes. Our WR room stinks at this point !
  11. We all miss this post man...🥲 But it was a lot of work. Thank you for your cameos once in a while
  12. I'd be worried about picking the Bucs this week. Feels like the Jets could rally around Tyrod (who might be an upgrade at QB), and the Jets DL finally makes TB pay for all their OL injuries.
  13. I would like to send a complaint due to a copyright infringement.
  14. He’s far more intelligent than Dorion and exceptionally better in pass coverage He deserves more snaps
  15. I’ve been burned too many times. Let’s wait this one out and enjoy the regular season.
  16. Well another reason, is Miami came into this game really struggling with pass pro. Notice how balanced Miami was with run/pass, like never before...even with us in 4-3 looks more as you said. Miami wanted to eat clock too, play more small ball and cater a bit more to their banged up OL. McD/Babich going more 4-3, presses their hand to throw more...perhaps we liked our front 4 getting pressure, and sorta baiting them into it. All I know is we just played 2 of 3 very run heavy opponents, and Taron was limited all week leading up/not 100% yet for Miami. Too limited of a sample yet, but Im at least encouraged that we finally have a 3rd and 4th LB worth potentially running more base 4-3 with.
  17. Is it safe to say Hairston probably won’t be effective and starting until week 12?
  18. Very rarely can a defensive player win games all on their own. Taron Johnson pick 6 on Lamar Jackson remains one of the best Buffalo sports moments of all time. Going into the 4th quarter the Offense was sputtering and Baltimore on a long back breaking drive in the red zone about to tie the game up. Taron jumps the route and FLOORS it. Took a risk taking it out of the end zone, but delivered. 14 point swing just like that. What a moment. This was before the Bills were perennial playoff contenders too so the moment was even better because I wasn’t used to the success yet.
  19. I agree, Ray sux right now. Just a waste of a down when he’s involved. Hopefully he gets it together if he continues to be active. There are a hundred better RBs in this league.
  20. It was a controversial decision to put Thompson in at the time because Klein was a solid realible veteran. The thought was Klein was a little bigger than Thompson, too. But, as we saw Klein doesn't play like he is 240, he plays lighter. Thompson was thought to play heavier but faster. They both ran similar 40's, I just checked. And Klein is 3 yrs older. Thompson, of course, being a first round pick was going to get in there and see time. He was drafted after Shane Ray and Dupree from Pittsburgh. He started the first game and had injuries regularly over the first 3 seasons iirc
  21. He definitely won the “hit of the night” award
  22. The few times I've seen them over the last couple years I've definitely noticed them loading it up and coming after people with numbers.
  23. I thought his comments after the game were interesting, about wanting to earn his teammates’ respect. He mentioned it twice in his interview. “It’s been a long time since I got to hit another opponent,” Thompson said. “You could say Week 1, but I didn’t really play. It just felt good to get out there, getting my feet back wet. ... My whole thought process for today was to go out there and win, but (also) get the respect from my teammates.” “Hopefully I gained all the respect from my teammates, going out there hitting,” he said. “That was the biggest thing for me.”
  24. Black Face Score: Donald Trump - 0 Jimmy Kimmel - 2
