Judicial Insurrection: Activist (Marxist) Federal Judges
B-Man replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The Orders Next Time By John Hinderaker A rogue Democratic Party judge in Rhode Island, John McConnell, ordered the Trump administration to continue fully funding the food stamp program, even though Congress has not appropriated the money to do so. The order, absurd on its face, is already causing chaos. The administration appealed the order to the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, which denied the administration’s request for a stay of McConnell’s order pending the appeal. The administration then went to the Supreme Court with an application for an emergency stay. Yesterday, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (!) issued an administrative stay of McConnell’s order that will remain in effect until two days after the First Circuit rules on the appeal. Given the partisan composition of that court, the Supreme Court may ultimately need to stop the foolishness initiated by Judge McConnell. What we have seen over the last ten months–hyper-partisan district court judges trying to run the executive branch, by issuing blatantly unconstitutional injunctions, usually “temporary”–is unprecedented in our history. But the Democrats keep making up new rules, and Republicans have no choice but to play by them. Otherwise, Democrats will obtain a permanent, unfair advantage. So, for the remainder of his term, President Trump should appoint federal district court judges who pledge to issue similar temporary injunctions to block Democratic policies, next time we have a Democratic president. Unless the Democrats get a taste of their own medicine, they will shred the Constitution forever. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2025/11/the-orders-next-time.php -

Huh? He played high school ball in South Carolina. He was an Army brat. When was he in Buffalo? -
I assume you see some of Cover1's videos? Two Solomon videos stood out to me this week, one was a pressure on Mahomes, the other was dropping in coverage in which he did a great job. He's a second year R5 pick who is getting better and better.

Game week thread - Bills at Dolphins

Ethan Bonner, Jack Jones, Jason Marshall Jr, Juju Brents is the likely dolphin secondary bills will see. If ever there is a week for Coleman, Moore, Samuel to show something in the offense, this has to be it. -
I predict Tua Turndaballova will have two pics and a fumble in the game, any pressure and he folds...

He can get better but I don’t think he can get to Moulds’ level. He is still kind of immature based on some interviews, but there are also reports that he worked his butt off in the off-season. His growth will require him to work on gaining better release from the line, but also in Brady using him in the correct manner. I don’t think the only way to use him is on sideline back shoulder routes. I’d love to have someone like Andre or Stevie Johnson come in as a sort of mentor. The other thing we overlook is that he’s pretty effective blocking.

99.9% chance this goes nowhere, but these are the types of ideas that the populist right needs to fight back against the populist (socialist) left with. -

I went into that draft wanting BTJ or Legette or Mitchell. So I understand your stance. But again if look at his production relative to those drafted around the same taken around he's produced at about the same level. The only exception is McConkey but as other have referenced he's a slot and as I've said in other Coleman topics we weren't in need of a slot at the time. I get people are upset he hasn't become the alpha number 1 we needed but to me all things considered he is as good as his draft colleagues. I use gross stat comparison because I don't have the time to watch the other guys week in and week out to see how they impacting games. Yet will say in games we've played against Worthy and Legette this season. Their play to me was as memorable as Keon's has been which I agree sub par. Yet I'm not one to lament as in spite as bad Keon's personal play has been we are still a top 5 NFL offense. I don't know what more people can expect or feel a top end WR would give us because in this offense we don't require a top end guy.

I don’t care what you do with your money, but I think it’s pathetic that you feel the need to argue with a younger white man about defending myself against cultural propaganda aimed to demonize us for simply wanting to start families. But you’ve never felt that. You grew up in a world that was completely different. And now you can sit back and lecture us on diversity after you’ve benefitted from a much different America.
