Ed Oliver bicep injury - likely out regular season

Huge blow. -
may I ask where you family lives in FL? And which school district your wife teaches in in NY? My child goes to an OCPS school and my family in Buffalo who sends there kids to Canisius and St Joes has no more opportunity than my children.

Jags listening to trade calls for Brian Thomas
starrymessenger replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think it's probably fair to say that Chase is a more versatile receiver than Jefferson. His usage from the slot has consistently increased year over year whereas Jefferson's has decreased, standing now at only about 15%. It should be noted though that he isn't quite Randy Moss either imo. About 50% of his targets are between the numbers at intermediate depth and he is said to be a pretty fearless guy. I think BTJ should maybe be used like Jefferson, as a boundary receiver with very limited slot presence - we've already got a very good slot receiver. And I suspect that BTJ would be fine being targeted in the middle of the field at intermediate depth and beyond. He was able to do that last year. Just don't expect him to be J. Chase or Beckham Jr. He is not that guy. I would roll the dice and offer a first out of sheer desperation. -
there will be individual threads for every trade đź’Ż

Game week thread - Chiefs at Bills

This is really confusing to me. My comments above bolded. LB/CB/S are probably much closer than it looks when you list KC everywhere. Are their LBs really better? -
Cook is the league's leading rusher on a per game basis. The Bills have played one less game than Indy.

Anyone interested in Calais Campbell? He'd have to agree to a trade (no sure thing), but he's still productive: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CampCa99.htm. AZ's season is probably over given that division and I can see them being sellers. -

...... do you live under a rock? Pacheco broke his fibula last year, Mahomes tore Rice's ACL, Hollywood Brown was hurt all regular season last year. Worthy missed 4 games this year. Justin watson missed time. Every team has injuries my man. Please see above... Just because they made the SB doesn't mean they didn't have injuries. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines

It's unfortunate that so many health care professionals complied with the 'emergency use' Covid vax. Or, maybe they're dying of Long Covid, who knows. -
Lol, in what world is RB “even?” KC is rumored to try to add a RB at the deadline because they’re in bad shape. The Bills have the 2nd leading rusher in the NFL and a guy who is an all-pro if the season ended today. In fact, RB might be the biggest gap of all positions listed.

I don't care about media narratives. I just want to win a Super Bowl even if means beating the Broncos and Colts in the AFC playoffs.

the first one looked like it was a one read option to the side line and the 2nd watching it originally i felt he just got in to big of hurry but i think this has been a theme lately. everyone complaining no ones open but you see qbs every week making tight window throws, its part of the game. i think it was buffalo rumblings that tore into josh pretty good saying he reverted back to his rookie year on some things. Brady needs a reality check. -
Kincaid being the focal point is meh 🫤 plus he’s one bad sneeze from being out for the year!! leaving us without a focal point….. it’s time to have more offensive options for Josh! F… McDs crappy defense! If he doesn’t like it…there’s the door! GO BILLS!!

I saw they list him at 310lbs, but I’ve also seen interviews with him saying his weight has had huge swings going back to college depending upon what he’s being asked to do. I bet he’s playing closer to 275lbs now the way he moves. ….and yes, that does sound interesting for a guy just coming off of suspension. Just keep playing the way you did! I remember watching him in preseason because I had no clue about him or his game, and he made me want to see more. He lived up to it!

Simple Math. Our 2 best WR not named Shakir left. We added Palmer. 5-2=3. 3+1=4. What happened with our #1 WR? Post draft we had only 4 viable WR. Moore was a late signing from the scrap heap. Beane signed Moore after he angrily decreed that Bills WR were great, they didn’t need any. Simple Math *SMH* right back at you buddy -

The bills do have him listed at 310... He cut wait to be a chess piece in mcvays defense Maybe the bills brought it back up.. 310 is huge but he might be way more than 268 -
OJ had 273 yards rushing and the Bills lost...

Haha! I give the prize of worst of all time to Marangi. Marangi had the benefit of handing the ball off to arguably the greatest RB of all time (he's certainly in top five) and an excellent line. Indeed, the whole electric company played pretty much every game that season (Joe D, Reggie McKenzie, Mike Montler, Dave Foley, Paul Seymour, and Donnie Green) and OJ led the league in rushing (1,503 yards in 14 games). And Bobby Chandler was a great player at that moment in time. Considering the relative contexts, I think you gotta give the prize to Marangi: a 35.3 percent completion rate, 7 TDs, 16 INTs, an 8.7 percent sack rate, and a 30.8 rating. Peterman's two ratings were 38.4 and 30.7, but he was on low-talent squads (especially 2018). -

They would have to ask Michael what he's at... He definitely was like 310 at Brown playing on the defensive line But Sean McVay had him as a chess piece and had him everywhere including outside linebacker.. where he was definitely down to 265 270.. which is huge for an outside linebacker I did think we were going to transition him fully to the D line so maybe he did bulk back up JJ Watt was a 297 lb defensive end.. hoecht was my favorite acquisition... He's going to be a fan favorite
